Working with Wayne Anthony was a great experience! He showed me several cars that met my needs, then worked with me to find the best fit. He voluntarily coordinated my insurance transfer to make it easier for me and organized all of the paperwork smoothly. Overall, an extremely enjoyable sales process. Everybody at the dealership worked together to find the right Audi for me at the right price. Everybody I worked with was very knowledgable and very friendly--I felt strongly like they cared about meeting my needs and making me happy. The team was also very passionate about the Audi brand and told me everything I wanted to know about the specific car I was buying, as well as the company in general. Despite normal closing time at 6, the entire team stayed with me until 8:30 to make sure everything was finalized. A representative of the servicing team even returned to the dealership after operating hours just to finalize my car so I could take delivery that night! Finally, despite it being so late, Arthur Nicholson sat with me and spent nearly an hour explaining all of the features to me. He added his personal phone number to my contact list so I could contact him at any time with any questions I had. Overall, a sales team that cares about the customers. I STRONGLY encourage going to this dealer when looking for an Audi (which should always be the case), and working with Wayne Anthony! More

I first walked into Audi Jack Daniels in Paramus and the first person I met was Steve Charatz and he greeted me right away and showed me the exact car I was looking for. At the time of negotiation Solomon Faizi came forth to assist Steve in making a sell. Although it wasnt an ordinary discussion it felt like a relationship , we talked... I explained my concerns they listened and made sure I had exactly what I wanted. I want to be clear here.. I lease a lot of vehicles and this was the first time I actually felt like someone cared. No one cares in dealerships they only care about making there number and making that sale. Solomon and Steve both work hand in hand and there wasnt any doubt about what I was getting. I received exactly what I was looking for and more. and the cost was fair. More

Staff were all pleasant, welcoming but low key. Mr. Costa was unobtrusive; asked if we wanted something to drink; casually agreed to have me test drive a car even though it was almost closing time; it was ou was unobtrusive; asked if we wanted something to drink; casually agreed to have me test drive a car even though it was almost closing time; it was our first time there and did not appear to be interested in buying a car. Mr Costa provided all the information we asked about the car and even added relevant information we did not think about. Mr. Costa offered a price for the car we wanted within the quoted price in the internet and a great deal on financing with the assistance of his supervisor; all of this was completed quickly and quietly with no sweat. When I called Mr. Costa on his cell phone to inform him about my decision to change the color of the car I picked after forms have been signed and down payment given, his voice remained calm and right there and then over the phone helped me pick the right color for me with an upgrade on the sound system and detail with little change on the price. When I picked up the car everything was in place as promised. Mr. Arthur Nicholson and Mr. Costa patiently introduced me to my new car. This was my first time to buy a luxury car with so many electronic/computer gadgets, I'm a naturally nervous person and my brain shuts down when overwhelmed but it did not happen. They thought me to operate almost everything in my new car until it was dark, I lost track of time; it was fun. The following day, Mr. Fernando Costa called to ask if I got home safely. What a guy! What a dealership! More
