Terry Axel is a top notch salesperson, he's trustworthy and someone that I'd recommend to anyone in the market for an Audi. Overall experience at Jack Daniels Audi Paramus was great. I would've given them a "5" ratings in each category, however, upon receipt of my new car, I realized that it already had 75 miles driven on great. We had Maurice Williams as our sales rep and if he was forthcoming with this information at the time of purchase, it would not have been such a surprise. In any case, Maurice certainly know his car and was able to compare and contrast Audi with other car makers. Also there was a mix-up on delivery date, but Solomon Faizi was kind enough to provide me with a loaner car to drive until my car arrived, which I thought was superb customer service. Finally we had Arthur Nicholson, the Tech Delivery Specialist who provided superb walk-through on the car. Arthur has a real passion for his job and you can see that he truly enjoys what he does, and he makes the whole experience of purchasing a car a wonderful experience. More
