Auto & Truck Sales of Plaistow, NH..is a place to stay away from...We were told by the Service man J..(will not finish his name) That My Lincoln Aviator that We bought Feb 2015 That it would not leave the lot, with anything wrong with it...we were PROMISED....Well one of my Family members just bought a Jeep from them..so we let them know who our family member was and they Raved about how nice he was...and Yes he is a wonderful and nice guy...well ...I ended up buying a 2005 Lincoln Aviator from them...When I looked and was in the SUV...I noticed there was no electronics working for me to take the SUV for a test drive...i could not bring the seat up to me to take a ride...So what I did was just take it in a circle around the lot. ..J told us that if there is anything wrong...The Mechanic's will fix it before it left the lot...well I noticed when I was looking at the SUV Lincoln Aviator...The Tires, that was Very important to me because my Trade in SUV had New Tires on it...Well I looked at the Tires and They were brand new on the Lincoln Aviator and they also said...Lincoln on it...Well not only that ...I had to call them because there was a Honorable sound to the All Wheel Drive and they told me it needed a new one...Their Mechanic J took a ride with me..he heard the ungodly sound...Well They say they fixed that...BULL CRAP!!.....also I told J (the Mechanic ) about the Transmission Skipping...he said it was all set...BULL CRAP!!!...So I called J (The Mechanic) to call me asap...and he never called me back..all because he knows The SUV was nowhere near working order when, WE !!!!! were Promised that the SUV would not leave that LOT !!!!..In my or our Recommendation of this Place...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM...THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE SUN AND THE MOON AND GIVE YOU JACK CRAP!!. I have plenty of witnesses to attest to the fact that my SUV has MAJOR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS OF SKIPPING ....This SUV needs a new Transmission and was sold to me with a PROMISE!!! of nothing will be wrong with this 2005 Lincoln Aviator...NOW it's going to cost me THOUSANDS OF $'S ...Buyers Beware of what they say to you.... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is what happened to us when we kept telling them about out problem after I wrote the review. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today mom and I went to the Ford Dealer in Haverhill to see if we could get an Extended Warranty, Since the Lincoln Aviator I bought has 123k miles on it they said they are not sure, but they did give us a price of a different type of Extended Warranty but we would have to come up with the full amount since we did not buy the Lincoln Aviator there. She did however say that where I bought the SUV, I could of had the Warranty rolled into my Financing..She told us to go to where we bought the SUV and talk to them. 11:00am We were at JTS Auto & Truck on 125 Plaistow Road, Plaistow NH ... Mom and I talked to the Assistant Manager and the Manager was listening...J The man that sold us the 2005 Lincoln Aviator. The man that Promised everything would be taken care of before we drove it off the Lot. Well he was coming out the Side Door seen me and my mom and ran out the back door. I guess he doesn't want us to tell him how much of a phony he is. Not only was the Lincoln not fixed before it left the lot...The Mechanic said it was and there is no way the Transmission is fixed. My mom and I had a huge argument with the Assisted Manager and the Manager. We told them that James did not give us the Information on and Extended Warranty, we also found out that they (JTS Auto & Truck) did not tell us we had a 30 day warranty... I had someone look at the Lincoln and yes the Transmission has Issues ...I also called their Mechanic and told them he needed to call me back as soon as possible and I told him it was the Transmission. To this day he never called me back. All's the Manager cared about was saying "This company has been in business for 15 years" He said do you have everything in writing..I said of course no we were made a promise and the Manager heard everything J was saying to us, but not 1 time did he take J aside and tell him that he can not promise customers anything. Not only that ..Mom told the Assistant Manager and Manager that J was more interested in talking about his family instead of listening to what we were saying. The Manager was saying oh you were not satisfied you went on Facebook and Slandered us..I said NO I wrote my Review...An no Names were mentioned just they Mechanic, The Manager and the Guy that Promised us and also gave us no information. I can not believe this happened to us My mom just called me at 12:47 pm to tell me the Manager (R) left her a phone message on her phone and she told me not to do anything until she calls him back in a bit. . Mom called R the Manager at 1pm, but he said he would call mom back because he was with a client. More

Worst place ever! I don’t understand how people can get away with pulling so much crap on people! My husband and I got a GMC Yukon that kept failing mass inspection! Brought it back 4 or 5 times to fix the issue and ended up having to bring it someplace else to fix it and what we found out is that they Mickey Moused the parts to try and pull the wool over our eyes! Almost $800.00 in parts and labor to get the issues fixed in order for us to get the truck to pass inspection! We are now looking into getting a refund for parts and labor! More

Scammers and thieves!! Bought a Tahoe from this place, financed through western union. Three months later dealer calls to say they underpriced the truck and we need to go back in and sign a new purchase agreement. After we told them no, they called my wife leavening threading messages, such as “you better make this right, or we will send someone to come see you!” After their intimidation tactics didn’t work, they paid off my loan without authorization, and told western union that they were authorized to buy back the vehicle. This is the worst situation I have ever found myself in over the purchase of a vehicle. This place makes me sick!! Now have to hire lawyer to get this straightened out More

Never go here !!! Never go here . Shady as night time gets. I bought a 2004 Acuara MDX , they told me my loan amount was $5,000 . They didn't give me paperwork because Never go here . They mail me papers over a week later and my loan was increased $2,500 !!! After interest that means I paid $12,000 for a 14 yr old vehicle.!!!! It was supposed to be $2,000 down and bank loan of $5,000 . They magically jumped my loan by over $2,000 which with interest was $3,250 over what I agreed to More

I purchased a car that is 3 years old, not even 30 days ago and have had NOTHING but issues since. Every time I call for someone they aren't in and no one is else can help me! It's been nothing but issues. Their customer service is awful. I was told things were fixed and I brought to my local garage and they WEREN'T fixed! This company is extremely shady! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy! Do NOT do business with them! More

As I suspected there aren't any prices listed just Call Us. That is a sign of a shady business. An honest business would list the price and honor it. A dishonest business will start the BS as soon as you call. I'm happy to say this dealership has been crossed off my list and I'll be sure to post my review on my Twitter & FB newsfeed as well as word of mouth. More

Not An Honest Dealership My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here in January 2017 and they had told us they had their mechanic look the vehicle over and fix everything t My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here in January 2017 and they had told us they had their mechanic look the vehicle over and fix everything that needed to be fixed. Well when we got back to Maine (where we live) I stopped at a local mechanic and had him look over the vehicle to make sure they were telling the truth and had fixed things that needed to be fixed....come to find out the exhaust had a leak and the power steering line had a leak! Thankfully the vehicle was still under the 30 day warranty so the dealership fixed it. I would never suggest this place to anyone who is looking to buy a car and if you do buy a car from here make sure to bring it somewhere to get it looked at when you take it for a test drive! These people are liars and very shady. More
