F-Pace rattle I can honestly say that dealing with Shane and Don has been a tremendous pleasure. They go out of their way to make sure I have a car to drive while I can honestly say that dealing with Shane and Don has been a tremendous pleasure. They go out of their way to make sure I have a car to drive while working on or servicing my car. I have actually had an ongoing problem with a rattle in my car...yes it took several visits but they stayed with it until it was fixed. Most dealerships would not have reached out and researched until they found the problem and Don and Shane went the extra mile to make sure it was fixed the way it should be. Also I give credit to their manager for taking the time to ride with me so he could hear the rattle. Even though he couldn’t hear it he listened to the videos I made and trusted that I did have a ligitamate problem. When I decide to trade in my car it will be at Jaguar in Huntsville! He was knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions that I had. My only complaint is that it was the first car that I have ever purchased that when I pulled off the lot my gas tank was empty. Maybe it was an oversight, but not a good way to finish off a sale. More
