He always has a loaner car ready to go for me when I have my Jaguar F-Type service. Also, I really appreciate the text message updates that I receive when my car is being service. For example, if they find that tires or brakes, etc. are needed, the message will include quotes to have the replacement or repairs done. I bought my car brand new from Century Jaguar 3 years ago. I am still enjoying it with no problems with only 41,000 miles on it due to not driving it everyday. The car is still under warranty and the services are still free of charge. I would definitely recommend Century to anyone buying or having a car service. Previously, I purchased two BMWs from Century and received the same 5 star customer service. Keep up the good work!
