J&S sent me a non-driveable car, paid for diagnosis, but refused to pay the $1200 to fix the problem. I paid for a PPI at the nearby Princeton Benz dealer, which revealed a faulty passenger seat module, no refused to pay the $1200 to fix the problem. Immediately the vehicle would constantly turn off/reset at speed. Extremely dangerous. I contact J&S, sent them a video of this happening 20 times in 1 minute, they ask me to get it diagnosed, turns out the passenger seat module is so fried it interrupts the car’s CANbus and causes the vehicle electronics to short out and reboot. I passed this along to J&S and they said that it must’ve happened in shipping or once I received it, as it wasn’t a pre-existing condition… I showed them the PPI, listing the faulty seat module. They abruptly told me they would pay for the diagnosis, that was it, and if I didn’t agree to that, they wouldn’t even pay for that. Long story short, I paid for the repair and the car is now safe and totally fine. But this is how J&S does business; once they have your money. It’s on you. Even if it was a problem while they had it. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because the transaction and shipping were easy. But buyer-beware, they want your money… they don’t care if you’re happy, or your car is safe to drive. They’d rather lose a proven buyer forever and burn a bridge over (what for them is) a measly $1000. George plays fair on YouTube, but must not be the baller he portrays on YouTube. More
