The sales people were polite, helpful and professional. However, they were not totally transparent with respect to the car. Two primary concerns: (1) the paint was advertised as black but in fact it wa However, they were not totally transparent with respect to the car. Two primary concerns: (1) the paint was advertised as black but in fact it was a Black Metallic Paint with multiple colors. While I do like the color now…I would probably not have purchased it had I known about it in the first place. As a point of information, none of the pictures or videos posted illustrated the actual paint color. (2) I was told the car would only come with one key. (New Maserati keys run about $2,200). I accepted that and when the car was delivered the only key provided was broken. It appeared to have been run over and the case was crushed and 2 of the remote buttons were missing. The UNLOCK button and the REMOTE START button. I literally could not unlock the car until I touched the door handle and the proximity remote unlocked the doors. (So, going through Maserati to get 2 manufacturer replacement keys would cost approximately $4,500. When I called to address this with my sales agent, he offered no solution. I find their not providing the information regarding the keys deceptive and I didn’t appreciate it or the fact that they didn’t offer any type of remedy or credit towards at least acquiring one fully functional key. More
