My brother in laws car was at the service center and we showed up on a Saturday to pick it up not realizing the service center was closed. The guy who claimed to be the "manager" or the guy who "runs the w showed up on a Saturday to pick it up not realizing the service center was closed. The guy who claimed to be the "manager" or the guy who "runs the whole dealership", I did not catch his name, instead of being a good manager or at the least a decent human being, told my brother in law that he didn't need his attitude, before he even had an attitude we were just bummed we drove 40 miles to pick up the car nothing. At that point my brother got upset for the treatment he was receiving and started to get upset, and told him he need to watch how he spoke to paying customers and it's hard to believe he is the manager.(some curse words used in process) This man then told us we needed to leave the property or he was gonna call the cops on us for trespassing and make sure we never get his car back. Let it be noted my in law has never missed or been late on a payment. Quite simply if you want a good buying experience with someone who at least treats you like a person or cares the least bit, JD Buyrider is not the place for you. Manager guy if you see this all you needed to say without the attitude, was "I'm truly sorry for the misunderstanding if our website does say we are open today I will make sure we get that fixed. I am unable to get you your car with the service center closed, I'm sorry for the inconvenience but you will have to come back on Monday." More

I’ve only had my car since June of this year. It is now November and the car is practically falling apart. First the catalytic converters were bad then the transmission and now the check engine light is ba November and the car is practically falling apart. First the catalytic converters were bad then the transmission and now the check engine light is back on. I’m fed up. But still have to pay for this car. I love the Sales team at Miamisburg-Centerville Rd and Bridget from the service department. More
Have e had my car 18 months bought 2 year extended warranty. Ac quit 2 months after purchase not covered timing chain going out transmission slipping called service be 5 to 6 weeks before can even loo warranty. Ac quit 2 months after purchase not covered timing chain going out transmission slipping called service be 5 to 6 weeks before can even look at it .they ask me if was still running yes they advise me to keep driving it I'm a 30 year certified auto technician old not believe that was there response it's a interferance engine so keep driving it will need a engine not a chain .makes no sense they expect the payment every month but won't repair anything warranty truly sad ..read had out to headquarters 3 times no response would never buy there again. Would not reco.end a tone else More

Very xxxxty "We're gonna make America great again!!! 😂😂😂 car was there from September,4 2018 to 11,19 2018. Car was never worked on until 2 wks before the 19t "We're gonna make America great again!!! 😂😂😂 car was there from September,4 2018 to 11,19 2018. Car was never worked on until 2 wks before the 19th of November because parts we're never ordered from the beginning!!! Then lost my orginal factory key to my car, didn't noticy me at all, replaced the key like i wouldn't notice, and when i did; gave me attitude as if because they made another key it was alright... No communication at all which is key, so with that being said no i don't, and won't recommend J.D.Byrider to anyone in America!!! 😂😂😂... Jason is the manager beware!!! He is really nasty, and this is just 1 story i got plenty more!!! Shot out to Keenan the only 1 who been really with me the whole ride he's 👍 even when the managers don't understand he does.
