Bucket Bound Saved by J.D. Byrider My handicap Mother was in need of a safe,dependable vehicle, her van was on the outs she is on a fixed income so we thought we were doomed. We visited a buy here pay here lot and our experience was horrific! The cars were much older, had a lot of miles, high priced, no where near as nice, they offered no warranty and wanted our trade in plus a large down payment which we did not have just when we thought we were bucket bound ...we came upon J.D. Byrider!! We were saved from our transportation nightmare! We were looking for a safe, dependable, 4 door vehicle (she drives my 2 boys and I around, I don't drive) with a large trunk to fit her walker in. J.R., our salesman, was so friendly and so concerned about our needs and not just worried about making a sale, he was determined to find a car to fit our needs and budget and he did! We got a 2007 Mercury, it fits our needs and is so nice looks brand new inside and out! We couldn't be happier! The whole staff was kind and truly there to help their customers get the green light and get on the road in a great vehicle! They had us take a test drive and we instantly loved the vehicle and was truly impressed. My mother cried when they told us the car was ours! Our nightmare was over and we were on the road again! Mark, the gm, and Ron, with lending and closing, we're also very polite and there to help! We had a positive experience and would refer friends and family to check them out.
