I had am above, and beyond experience with the service department this past Monday. I had don’t issues pop up over the weekend with my vehicle, in addition to regular maintenance l, amd Collin got me in, department this past Monday. He was very accommodating to my schedule, very patient, engaged very friendly shy. I am definitely going to keep getting my vehicle maintenance d there. I've been though xxxx from day one with Byrider. It hasn't been easy. I've had multiple problems with this car since day one. One thing about Byrider they do not take care of there customers or c It hasn't been easy. I've had multiple problems with this car since day one. One thing about Byrider they do not take care of there customers or car's my 7th trip having my car in the shop this time cost me 789.00 and Extended warranty only paid only paid 100 and something dollars. Now if that isn't a bunch of bull. And am paying for the extended warranty. Don't go to byrider save your and go some else. More
I think JD Byrider is a good place to but a car from and get your car fixed by then. No matter whether you are trying to but a car or need service Byrider is there to help you. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU COME HERE! !! I HAVE EDITED MY REVIEW WITH UPDATES SEVERAL TIMES!! Every time I bring my car in for service that's under warranty, I never get it back when I' !! I HAVE EDITED MY REVIEW WITH UPDATES SEVERAL TIMES!! Every time I bring my car in for service that's under warranty, I never get it back when I'm told it will be done. The service department rarely answers the phone and even when I leave messages, I do not get a call back. My car has been there for 3 days now, and yes, I attempted to get in contact with no response. Here we are going into a holiday weekend and I have no transportation after telling them I needed my car back before the weekend. The service center at this location is awful..and not just with customer service. If it wasn't for my warranty, I would never bring my car here! UPDATE: I just went to them to check on status of my car. I called the number listed by owner below. It's the same number I've been calling and not getting an answer. MY CAR HAS NOT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED! Now I have to wait another 2 days!! They will reimburse me for a rental, but would take 3 to 4 weeks. I can't afford that!! Honestly, I swear I cannot wait til I'm done with this company!! This is the WORST experience!! And I will be posting my experience on all my social media to warn others not to make this mistake since they don't want to communicate with me and get this resolved! SECOND UPDATE: It's been 3 months. My car is still not fixed! In Nov, I was told you were short staffed and it would be a week or two. In December, same excuse and because of holidays. I have tried calling several times this last week and no one answers the phone. I left a voicemail last week..still no response. My vehicle is under warranty for the repairs. At this point, I'm thinking about hiring an attorney. You are not honoring your own warranty contract. UPDATE AGAIN: MY CAR IS BACK..FOR THE SAME ISSUE SINCE OCT. THIS TIME ITS BEEN THERE SINCE APR 1. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO IT!!!!! THE EXCUSE IS ALWAYS THAT SOMEONE HAS QUIT. 2 WEEKS AGO, THERE WERE 5 CARS AHEAD OF MINE. AS OF TODAY, THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THERE WERE 7 CARS. WHEN I ASKED HIM HOW THAT WAS, OH HE MIS-COUNTED. SINCE OCT, JD BYRIDER HAS HAS HAD MY CAR MORE THAN I HAVE. IM LITERALLY PAYING FOR A CAR THAT IM UNABLE TO USE!!! THE ONLY RRASON I TAKE IT THERE IS BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY!! AT THIS POINT, I FEEL LIKE THEY'RE JUST TRYING TO LET MY WARRANTY RUN OUT SO THEY DONT HAVE TO FIX THE STUFF THATS WRONG WITH IT. I HAVE GIVEN THEM 1 WEEK TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED AND FIXED RIGHT THIS TIME..NO MORE CHANCES. AFTER THAT, I WILL BE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. More
Jeff was so helpful and got me in my new vehicle asap. He showed he cared & made sure I fully understood my contract. He also made it possible to get me what I wanted with the credit score he was working He showed he cared & made sure I fully understood my contract.
