JD Byrider in Muncie, In has always been polite with us about any of our inquiries with them. We recently had an issue with the vehicle that we had purchased. It was not under warranty, but this dealership about any of our inquiries with them. We recently had an issue with the vehicle that we had purchased. It was not under warranty, but this dealership took the time to work with us and we we're able to purchase another vehicle due to not being able to fix our other vehicle that we had due to cost of repairs needed on it due to living on a fixed income.
