The SUV was at another location and Justin worked to get the SUV to us quickly. Paperwork process was performed in a reasonable amount time, Met with the Finance Director and we signed the paperwork. Now a proud owner of a QX80. NOTE: This is the third vehicle we purchased from JBA Infiniti Ellicott City. Each experience was great. In this case Justin was great to work with and provided a level of comfort and trust - looking out for me while making a sale. I felt comfortable about the whole process and people involved. Extremely Stingy with Loaners Prices are high even by Infiniti dealer standards but you somewhat expect that going to the dealer. Biggest problem here is that they are extremely stingy with their courtesy vehicles. I spent half a thousand and spent over 3 hours in their waiting room and they STILL wouldn't get me a loaner. Why even have them if you're never going to let your customers use them? BMW dealers let people get courtesy vehicles even for tiny things like oil changes. Been here a couple times for various service things and never once got one of these mythical courtesy vehicles. Service manager is super busy and constantly answers the phone while talking to you. For this price you'd think they could hire a guy to answer the phone for him so he can actually talk to the customers already there. Techs are good. Never had a problem. More
