Courteous, accomodating, informative The major concern of my service visit was connected to my engine light. I was informed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and was cov The major concern of my service visit was connected to my engine light. I was informed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and was covered due to a recall warranty, which would have been very expensive to replace if I was liable for its replacement. My vehicle needed new brake pads and the brake system fluid exchange to be done at that time. Tires were rotated and a new cabin filter was installed. Within 20 minutes of dropping off my vehicle for service, I received a shuttle return ride to my home by a courteous driver. During the process of repair, I was informed via phone of the progress of the repair by an informed, courteous JBA representative. More
