Unbelievable! I have had the Camaro on my mind for quite some time. I said to myself I never own a brand new car I have always owned pre-owned vehicles. On May 9, I have had the Camaro on my mind for quite some time. I said to myself I never own a brand new car I have always owned pre-owned vehicles. On May 9, 2018 I went to JBA just to see what would happen??? I purpose in my mind to lease for my business. I truly never imagined that I would be able to drive off in a 2018 Camaro fully loaded! I trust the Lord, that if it was his will it will be possible! The team was working very hard on my behalf to get it done. When he came back with an amount I was willing to accept, he said “Are you ready to take delivery of your new 2018 Camaro”? Without hesitation I took my new car home! They made me feel comfortable through the process! More

What a GREAT place to buy a Car" From the moment I Special Ordered my 2018 SS Camaro the Salesman ( James Cuffley) called me numerous times updating me from the date it was to be buil From the moment I Special Ordered my 2018 SS Camaro the Salesman ( James Cuffley) called me numerous times updating me from the date it was to be built to the day it was sent by Train to Laurel , Md. to the day it would be shipped to the dealership,then everyday to keep me posted on adding most of the Options I ordered, instead of most Dealerships just saying we'll call you when it comes in. That says a lot about a Dealership and its Sales Force . Mr. Cuffley did not have to do all he done, he already had my money but he did it all because he likes what he's doing. Thanks for a great ( no pressure ) Sale. More

I came in for a car to trade in my 24 year old car oldsmobile for a more reliable car necessary for work. I highly recommend Art, my sales rep, who was friendly and very helpful. He was the best sales rep I have ever had before. Make sure to ask for Art when you get there. More

Terrible product and customer service I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I have replaced the battery 3 times, the thermostat, and now the transmission needs to be replaced. It hasn’t even been p I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I have replaced the battery 3 times, the thermostat, and now the transmission needs to be replaced. It hasn’t even been paid off yet! I complained to JBA and also GM corporate office. JBA charged me $130 to look at it. GM cannot do anything to help the situation. Customer service is not a priority. The transmission cannot even last until the car is paid off? Terrible product, never again. More

Helen Showalter is a great service technician and makes you feel comfortable bringing your car to JBA. Kudos also to Jason in the Service Dept. About a year after I purchased my car from JBA, I started to hear a noise every time I went around a turn. Jason decided to take a ride with me to hear the noise I was describing. One time around a curve and he had the noise pinpointed. He asked me what I had in my glove compartment --a flashlight was sliding around every time. Noise solved. Thank you Jason because that was driving me up the wall. More
