cracked windshield stress crack. The woman who made my appointment was rude. She was even nastier in person. It got even worse when Colin Mazza came out to check vehicle cracked wind The woman who made my appointment was rude. She was even nastier in person. It got even worse when Colin Mazza came out to check vehicle cracked windshield. Bad enough that I had to wait a week to get this looked at. This guy should have done the diagnostic check and he would have found out it was a stress fracture to the wind shield,like I thought. Instead we got into a shouting match,which almost got physical, on his part. Now,I had the threat of the whole garage jumping me. This guy should look for another line of work. When I leased my second jeep at your showroom,it was a great experience. Joe Smith was very professional and pleasant. I brought my jeep patriot to get windshield fixed and Richmond glass told me it was a stress fracture. I never should have had to pay for this. I called Jeep Chrysler and let them know how I was treated. I will never lease or buy from Island corp. again. More
