Incompitent and Unreachable I bought a brand new Wrangler from them two months ago and it has a knocking noise at start up. After they had my jeep 12 days they couldn't diagnose it, When I when to pick up the jeep and spoke with the service manager he heard the problem and said he would call Chrysler to open a ticket. Well, that was weeks ago and I have left five or six messages and no one calls back. I even left a message with Mike Farrell over two weeks ago and still no call back. When you try to reach the service dept they just put you on hold or disconnect you. I have bought a few new vehicles in my life and this dealership is the absolute worst in their customer service let alone incompetent in the ability to repair a brand new Jeep. SO BUYERS BEWARE and go somewhere else More
