Beware LIARS. UNPROFFESSIONAL & SHADY dealership. Nice cars. Briana was AWEWSOME while we where there on 2/8/20, absolutely loved her! We literally left the lot, and the concerns started immediately. We reached out to Brianna the following morning and here we are 4/27/20, almost 3 months later and Brianna, along with Julie, Micah, Nevin, and the ENTIRE Island Auto mall Team have been so shady. They are so dishonest and have proven to be so unprofessional, to say the least. We have so many unanswered concerns. So here is briefly what has transpired. 2/28/20 arrived 9am, left dealership with car at 5pm, took ALL day, because Micah was SOOOO behind. He rushed the paperwork, when we were signing. With that being said they failed to give us ALL the documentation. BUT, we thought no problem, the following morning, we would speak to Brianna and Micah and iron out the unanswered questions/concerns, we literally reached out to the dealership 18 hrs after leaving. *They forgot to give us the correct Carfax, the one linked to the vehicle online did not match the vehicle we bought. Thought it was a simple error on their part. 4/27/20 STILL WAITING FOR CARFAX. *They forced us to purchase a 10 year/100k extended warranty, they REFUSED to sell us the vehicle with out the extended Warranty purchase. They stated if we ever sold the car, the warranty was transferrable; but they forgot to give us a copy of the Warranty paperwork. Thought it was a simple error on their part. 4/27/20 STILL WAITING FOR THE WARRANTY PAPERWORK, DONT EVEN KNOW THE NAME OF WARRANTY COMPANY. *We wanted a car with Navigation. The vehicle we purchased had no navigation chip, they said, no problem, they would order it & have it mailed to my house. I asked them to note it in our paperwork, they said there was no need, and it would take a few weeks, but they would make sure we would receive it. *they said we had to pay more for the car, as it was Certified Pre-Owned, they forgot to give us any paperwork, confirming to was a CPO, 4/27/20 STILL WAITING FOR THIS CONFIRMATION. *there was a chip on the front windshield, they will not address, etc etc etc etc etc.....THE LIST GOES ON...….. Many many many many many calls and No calls back, EVERYONE IS SOO BUSY and incompetent. Spoke and left messages with Kathy, Lily, Victoria, Jasmine, Nick, Atiana, Anissa, Justine,....Briana, Julie, Micah, and Nevin can easily fix my concerns, which were promised to us. I simply want what was promised to us, not asking for much extra.... a few emails with the requested documentation would address a handful of my concerns. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING ???? More
stay away first of all they never follow up with you and o nce you chase them down(it should be the other way around) you find out that their prices are all fak first of all they never follow up with you and o nce you chase them down(it should be the other way around) you find out that their prices are all fake just to get you interested in their cars, they start adding all kind of fees and charges in the thousands of $$$$ so the price end up to be the same as other dealers if not more, so their pricing is just to get you in. Also the car that you want is always gone More

It took about 5 hours to finalize the sale but that was I purchased a 2017 BMW 440i M-sport at Island Auto Mall and It was a pretty easy transaction. It took about 5 hours to finalize the sale but that was only because of the Corona Virus business guidelines em-placed throughout NY. I worked with Rashid who presented himself in a very respectful manner. He was very professional and made the transaction relatively easy. Also, Jasmine was a great help as well. She's in charge of internet sales. I gave the dealership 3 stars due to there high, non negotiable dealer fees, but Rashid gets a higher grade for his professionalism. More
