I found a car at Island Auto Mall and went to see how it looks in real. Everything was great. When I started discuss price it’s increased from $20400 to $28000. After they asked me to leave a deposit $500 looks in real. Everything was great. When I started discuss price it’s increased from $20400 to $28000. After they asked me to leave a deposit $500 to check the rate for financing( of course I did it because i already knew its my car) It is the worst experience ever, rate they gave me was %9.2. I declined that offer and still didn’t get my $500 deposit back. It’s happened month ago. Just DO NOT GO THERE!!! More

I made an appointment to go look at a 2020 Dodge Durango. When I got there was told that they have still not revived the car. So they falsely advertise vehicle that they don't even have their. The worst dealership experiences ever. Called ahead and was told the car I was interested in was in stock. After driving an hour to get to the dealership and waiting for an hour and a half to talk to sales was told the car I was interested in was in stock. After driving an hour to get to the dealership and waiting for an hour and a half to talk to sales person I was told the car was not available. They showed me a another car that was more expensive plus they REQUIRE you to pay $5k for warranty. Needless to say I walked right out the door. More

This place is a fraud they ran my credit not once but twice after telling me I was approved they then never called me back to take my purchase to the next step Rashid my sales rep was really unprofession twice after telling me I was approved they then never called me back to take my purchase to the next step Rashid my sales rep was really unprofessional and am disappointed in the way they handled a purchasing customer after countless times of trying to get in contact with someone I called to speak to a manager and still no answer I will be taking this up with the BBB and the credit agency.
