John did an excellent job in explaining the differences in the RDX models and describing the functionality of the various equipment in the Advanced package. When I picked up the car for delivery John explained to me in detail the workings of the many options. He took great pride and I was impressed by his overall knowledge of the RDX. For me I do not need anyone to "sell" me the car. What I needed was a salesman who knew about the car inside and out and our Salesman John, explained every question in full detail regarding functions of all this new technology. We added a few options and sat with with the finance manager Robert O'Connor, who worked with us all the way and made the buying experience smooth.. I would highly recommend Island Acura...Its our second truck purchased from them. More

John was great, unhappy with the condition of the car. John our salesman was great. Really knowledgable and willing to work with us, really nice guy. Unhappy when I picked up my CPO truck the window wa John our salesman was great. Really knowledgable and willing to work with us, really nice guy. Unhappy when I picked up my CPO truck the window was cracked and needed to be replaced. Also was unhappy when I took my car home there was dirt marks, and a foot print on the seat.
