Joseph, the Asst Service Mgr is awesome. He tells you only what you need, does not upsell you for services you don't need and goes out of his way to help. The dealership had other service advisors who were awful and rude. Joseph is the real deal!

i came for a recall from Acura. The appointment was so easy. I came in and immediately met a someone who said hello and discussed my rental car for the day. This is my second Acura and i will be an Acura owner for life. Thanks Acura of Wantagh for making this process so easy. Oh and the car was washed too.

The service department is efficient, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Appointments are easy to make online or by phone. They give an accurate estimate of the cost and the time it will take to service the car.

I would give 10 Stars if I could! My experience at Island Acura was an absolute pleasure, Gob "GIO, Joe JC and Matt were so helpful and knowledgeable making my purchase so smooth. I was in and out in an hour, which is crazy as my last car purchase I was at a Toyota dealer practically an entire day! Highly recommend Island Acura, best car buying experience ever!!!!!!!!
