Charlie was not high pressure; he listened to me and what I wanted in a new vehicle and got me the exact car I wanted. Pricing was fair and we did not "play the game" when it came time to make a deal. The delivery process was easy. Charlie spent a great deal of time teaching this more mature aged driver how to work all of the high tech features. He even did a second teaching session with me If you are looking for an Acura, do not hesitate to go to Island Acura and work with Charlie. More

Not only did he not treat me like he was just looking for a sale but I felt like we were good friends and I left after first meeting him telling myself I'm buying a car from him. After going to another dealership out east which left me feeling uncomfortable I had the pleasure of meeting Charles who helped me with my new purchased. Not only was he very honest and knowledgable he was kind. I purchased a 2016 mdx technology advanced package and I stopped in there on a Friday and unfortunately they did not have one available but Charles was able to find it for me in just one day he kept me in the loop with texts and phone calls with the status and delivery time and come Tuesday I drive off the lot with my new car. He spent a substantial amount of time teaching me about all of the amazing features of my new car and not only did I leave there with a comfortable feeling that I got a good deal but he even reached out to me later on in the day to see how I was doing and to thank me. 5 stars don't do him justice This was the greatest experience I've ever had buying a car and I will definitely be referring my friends and family. I met with Charles Wiener on a Saturday and by the following Friday afternoon, I was driving out of the lot in my new car. The sales experience was probably the best I have had so far! He was knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with and made the "business" part of buying a new car actually very enjoyable. He took the time to sit with me and explain everything in the car which was great! He even followed up with me the next day to make sure I got home safely and to see if I had any questions. Overall, from the sales department to finance, Island Acura made me feel comfortable and made leasing my new car super easy and fast! I will definitely be recommending not only this dealership but also Charles to friends and family searching for a new car in the future! Thanks Charles :) More

I was greeted by Charles, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The Charles was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. They were both friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly to car buyers not pushy. John was extremely friendly and easy to work with for both myself and my wife. John did an excellent job in explaining the differences in the RDX models and describing the functionality of the various equipment in the Advanced package. When I picked up the car for delivery John explained to me in detail the workings of the many options. He took great pride and I was impressed by his overall knowledge of the RDX. I will highly recommend John LaRosa to friends and relatives who may be interested in buying or leasing an Acura. Thanks again John for your help and advise. This past year has been a difficult one and GIO came thru better than we could of imagined. Thank you Bob for all your compassion and caring.
