I don’t know where to begin. First I think the service advisors should have some mechanical background, experience or something. Took the car in for the fuel pump recall and noise coming from the high pressure fuel pump. They did the recall and said everything was good, noise is gone… I go and and start the car the high pressure fuel pump is making the same noise. I leave the car for them to diagnose the problem after I pinpointed the problem from the time I dropped the car off but I don’t work for Acura so i don’t know what I’m talking about. I then get a call saying I have an exhaust leak my rear resonator is leaking. Which is a lie I have no exhaust leak no hole in my resonator. So I took my car and made an appointment at Bayshore Acura. Got the high pressure fuel pump taken care of. They even checked for a mystery exhaust Leak Danny at island Acura stated I had. Misdiagnosed and i asked if I pay to change the $1800 mid pipe and that doesn’t fix the noise what happens next? I got an answer of “I don’t know” what kind of service is that? Definitely not 5 star! Everytime I took my car to Island Acura I always had to bring it back. This last visit made it official I will NEVER go to Island Acura ever again. I will travel 40mins out of my way to get my car serviced at Acura of Bayshore Probably will never buy another Acura More

Good morning, I leased my RDX in 2019 with the intention to keep leasing the RDX. However, because of change in economy, I purchased the RDX. to keep leasing the RDX. However, because of change in economy, I purchased the RDX. During the period of 2019 till present I have been servicing the RDX at Island ACURA. There is one word that describes their service...AWESOME. From the initial purchase Tim Timco was always courteous & helpful. During the COVID / Service/purchase of our RDX. Tim would have my RDX picked up and serviced. Especially when I purchased the RDX he processed all the documentation...all I had to do is Sign & Pay. Joe Robinson has been servicing the RDX since 2019, always been courteous, understanding and helpful to satisfy my requests. Currently Joe Robinson is trying to schedule an ACURA Representative to review my complaint of "Moonroof Constant Creaking". In summary, I am 85 years old and I have found a home at Island ACURA. God willing, I will be purchasing the new RDX from Tim Timco and have it serviced by Joe Robinson. John Romano More

Recently purchased a used RDX and brought it to Island Acura to catch up on due maintenance, including timing belt, water pump, battery etc. Made an appointment on advance and my service advisor Joe check Acura to catch up on due maintenance, including timing belt, water pump, battery etc. Made an appointment on advance and my service advisor Joe checked me in within minutes. Used coupons from their website and prices were very fair. Service was completed same day as promised. Received text message with access to my paperwork and was able to pay my bill online from the train on my way to the shop. Was on my way in minutes. This was a top notch dealer service experience.
