On Sunday, I went to view a BMW there as I was looking to replace my Range Rover. They started out friendly until they found out I was from out of town. So they immediately told me they couldn't make a de to replace my Range Rover. They started out friendly until they found out I was from out of town. Every dealership there accommodated me with no problem even if I wasn't purchasing that day. Even a different BMW dealership showed me their car cause I'm really interested in BMW. It could be borderline racism there as I am black. You can make the call on that one. More

If I could give them a zero I would. We walked in (for transparency, without an appointment) and the front desk staff got us a sales associate. However, the worst part was I wanted to see the iX which he said he'll show us outside and he'll meet us there. Once we got there I asked him if he an open the car for us to look and he says he doesn't have the keys. Doesnt make any effort to go get them just shrugs. I asked again if we could take a look inside and he goes in and remotely opens the car. We take a look inside and want to talk to him about test driving it but HE NEVER RETURNS. We sit in the car for 10-15 minutes and then just end up walking out and leaving. Very poor service and we felt like Ben didn't take us seriously. Maybe because we look younger? But doesn't mean we should be treated like we aren't serious customers. Will not be coming here again. More
