Arrogance! I arranged for my friend to drive an M3 on a Saturday with this guy's assistant. When they arrived, the assistant had already left for the day and Mike Sawtelle told them that no arrangements h Saturday with this guy's assistant. When they arrived, the assistant had already left for the day and Mike Sawtelle told them that no arrangements had been made for them to drive the car. He then proceeded to tell them that they don't just let anyone drive the M3 and that especially high school kids come in to drive the car. He belittled to make them feel inadequate to drive the car. Now they are in their mid thirties, he is an architect and she is a corporate attorney. They are hardly inadequate or incapable. This experience sent them right to the Infiniti dealership where they bought a G35. Unfortunately the arrogance displayed by the dealers translates to the product, which is a grave injustice to the manufacturer and the product itself. If anyone is going to buy a BMW, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! More
They have good inventory, but the sales department is arrogant. They made several mistakes when trying to do my financing. They didn't give me a good deal on the trade in. The front light was fracture arrogant. They made several mistakes when trying to do my financing. They didn't give me a good deal on the trade in. The front light was fractured and the bumper scuffed but I didn't notice until I got home - I heard nothing on the way home so I must assume it occured at the dealer. They didn't accept responsibility even when I reminded them they didn't go over the car with me in good lighting. I was left standing for 10 minutes on several occasions. Often for the sales person to greet new customers walking in. More
Brought a 325ci there to fix a rattle in the subwoofer of the HK system. It took them 3 tries and 2 loaners to fix it. On the third try, the GM gave us an attitude for bringing it there, even asked us "where the HK system. It took them 3 tries and 2 loaners to fix it. On the third try, the GM gave us an attitude for bringing it there, even asked us "where did you buy your car? oh that other BMW dealership? Why didn't you just bring it in there to fix it?" When I went to another dealer and asked about irvine BMW, people just say they hire a lot of cheaper under qualified mechanics. Which explains the fact that they can't insert a piece of foam properly to make the sub deck top rattling and after 10 days worth of rentals.

Their sales is nothing to be desired either. A bunch of arrogant people who think my younger age could not afford to drive a bmw... I ended up buying one elsewhere. More
