I recently had the pleasure of leaseing a new BMW iX from Irvine BMW, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! However, Donte, a member of the sales team, stepped in and handled everything with such professionalism and efficiency. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed and that everything was sorted out quickly. Thanks to Donte's dedication and the team's effort, I'm now enjoying my amazing new iX. If I could give them a zero I would. We walked in (for transparency, without an appointment) and the front desk staff got us a sales associate. However, the worst part was I wanted to see the iX which he said he'll show us outside and he'll meet us there. Once we got there I asked him if he an open the car for us to look and he says he doesn't have the keys. Doesnt make any effort to go get them just shrugs. I asked again if we could take a look inside and he goes in and remotely opens the car. We take a look inside and want to talk to him about test driving it but HE NEVER RETURNS. We sit in the car for 10-15 minutes and then just end up walking out and leaving. Very poor service and we felt like Ben didn't take us seriously. Maybe because we look younger? But doesn't mean we should be treated like we aren't serious customers. Will not be coming here again. More
