So I walked around the dealership by myself for about 10 minutes because nobody came to help me. Let myself in some cars and went into the dealership again and stood in front of some sales people. They were just standing there. Talking to each other. Not helping anyone. Ketan came down the stairs from the sales desks. Looks at me and looks around kind of puzzled. Ya. I was puzzled too as to why nobody even approached me. He was very professional. Took me around the lot and looked for what I was looking for. Went on a few test drives and addressed my concerns. A few days later I purchased a vehicle after those issues were taken care of. Look for Ketan if you want someone who treats you like a respected client rather than a person nobody cares about. More

Two of my worst experiences at any dealership I came here twice and received just terrible treatment both times (and it was far worse the second time). For my first visit, I came for a scheduled maintenance under warranty. The level of service here was shockingly cold and poor, and I constantly felt out of place. My service advisor, Jenevieve Saldivar, was also brusque and cold during my visit. After the service, Emily in Client Care reached out to me via e-mail about my experience and I truthfully told them how poor it was. She thanked me for my feedback and I thought an improvement would be made (especially for me since I left the specific feedback), so when I noticed my car was making strange noises after service, I brought it back a week later. My second visit was just SO much worse. Absolutely no help anywhere from Jenevieve, as she refused to correctly schedule my service appointment after confirming the wrong time for me (she even said she fixed it after she clearly didn't), and she just gave the most absent and unapologetically poor service I've had at any dealership. On top of that, my BMW was never fixed, as Jenevieve gave me a terrible reason, leading me to just feel resigned, and I didn't even get the complimentary car wash the second time (even after mentioning it) So basically, Irvine BMW doesn't take consumer feedback seriously and they are not a trustworthy dealership. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never come back. More

Upon having having this issue, that same day, I was reached out to by Richard Kim a high level service manager to investigate my concerns. He was attentive, listened, and truly wanted to get to the matter of the major issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I was taken care of very well and in that one phone call he was able to restore my faith in this dealership. The service advisor he linked me up with, Jesse Alter was kind, informative and highly personable. Absolute dishonesty in service Came in today for a service with 2 recalls to be performed with Gary Temel on my BMW 328i. (Which was purchased new from this dealer). I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with my service here. Integrity and honesty is definitely lacking in this department when it should really be the forefront of it. They mentioned that I need to change my power steering fluid, claiming it was dirty and discolored when really it was changed 1 week prior! When I asked Gary, his reply was a simple “not sure ”. He was unable to see the magnitude of the dishonesty. They are claiming that things need to be done to cars that are not even remotely close to needing attention. Integrity and honesty is all you have in this world and this dealership will no longer have my business. I can only imagine how many poor people they do that too on the daily. So my issue was 1) the dishonesty about work needing to be performed 2) the fact that Gary had literally no response for the mistake/Lie.... There are lots of other amazing places to service your BMW; this place isn’t one of them. Thank you. - Kayvon Larry More
