Horribly customer sales service towards my wife Leilani a perspective buyer who has dealt with Mr Quinn from her first purchase at Riverside BMW in 2017. She’s waited since May for a deal and its been one excuse after another with delays, horrible deals and inflated vehicle prices, less vehicle for more for a woman that is VP in sales and finance and knows her numbers. Appears to play number games, zero Loyalty towards a prior loyal customer who took his word and agreed to let him beat any other deal and agreed to wait a reasonable amount of time after she turned in her last vehicle lease purchase to Riverside BMW. Michael your word is your honor and your honor is your word and it means nothing If you don’t standby it, that’s the way I was taught and brought up!!! More

The worst car experience ever ! I bought a brand new BMW and noticed defect on trunk next day . We brought it in to service and had n even worse experience .They lied to us and have had the car for over tw and noticed defect on trunk next day .
