He was extremely busy but he made us feel like we were his only customer. When it was time for signing, Matt took us to Angel. She was great at explaining everything that we were signing and giving us options without putting any pressure on us. She was very nice and patient with us us. I truly believe that we got the best car deal we've ever had. We walked away happy and with peace of mind. More

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 BMW 750i recently and within 3 months of purchase front bumper paint started to bubble and flake off large sections. The problem is, when you buy a Certified Pre Owne and within 3 months of purchase front bumper paint started to bubble and flake off large sections. The problem is, when you buy a Certified Pre Owned the Car Fax is suppose to be clean of damage. I had the vehicle inspected at my local BMW dealership and was told by the service manager that the front bumper was not original BMW paint and could not have warranty coverage. I contacted Irvine BMW on 4/9/21 to inform them of the issue and at this point still have not got a return call. The Client rep on my initial phone call stated that should not have happened that the car fax was clean and apparently there was an accident not disclosed. Pictures can be seen on google review. More
