I’m lucky enough to got out of the deal before dealing with this dealership. They falsely advertised a vehicle as being certified when it isn’t. Uptalked about how it’s better to buy a certified cars and with this dealership. They falsely advertised a vehicle as being certified when it isn’t. Uptalked about how it’s better to buy a certified cars and turned out the car I was told being certified turned out to be isn’t. At the table, they then turned around saying it’s a great car, no need to buy it certified. Both the sale managers and sale guy Jose H. gave us all the bells and whistles about buying the certified car is worth the price, and at the end turned their stories around. I’m happy I didn’t sign anything with them. How can I trust these people ever again. There’s plenty of BMW dealers out there. Will never go here again. Wasted my time and energy. More
