Will not use this dealership again for anything unless things change. Purchased new car here...X4 M40i...spotty service experiences to say the least. Have been made to wait unreasonable time for service personnel on more than one occassion. ...poor wash job when picking up from service. The worst was that I was told something was under warranty and when spouse brought car in for trim replacement we were charged...This, after I had to call to see if the part was in over a month late rather than them contacting me. Could have sent picture in for this small trim piece, but forced to drive out and "wait" which was another ordeal. I called twice to rectify this situation and was told "I have to talk to the boss, but I'll call you back."...no return call in well over a week. No return of messages left. We've been an Audi family, but gave BMW a try and our several poor experiences at Irvine BMW have made us second guess BMW as a brand, much less this local dealership. More
