Having moved back to New Hampshire from Florida this was my first experience with IRA Toyota. Had come in for N.H. Inspection only. Out of this world service during a very difficult time! I dread walking into dealership's. Most times you’re met with such a “fresh out of the training seminar” sales pitch and fake smile that it sends me I dread walking into dealership's. Most times you’re met with such a “fresh out of the training seminar” sales pitch and fake smile that it sends me out the door before they can introduce themselves. However, I had the opportunity to work with Tia who was professional yet pleasant beyond training standards. She was very informative on the issues I was having and understanding of the life’s difficult moment I was in. Tia made a rather unpleasant decision a relatively easy, confident choice for me. Ira has been easy to deal with but this experience helped to gain a life long customer! Hands down one the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you Tia!!! More
Service seems okay. .i have not checked for missing bolts. In the past they did not put all the bolts back in and one of my plate was not replaced. We are lucky to have John Prance as our service advisor. What we appreciate about his approach is, that he would help us plan out on high-ticket repairs that eventually we will need. Not only does he provid What we appreciate about his approach is, that he would help us plan out on high-ticket repairs that eventually we will need. Not only does he provide an estimate, but we can always plan when we are going to have the repairs done. Maintaining a car is not cheap but at least helping us plan makes it easier for us, and the reliability of Toyota on its parts and services. The 10% afternoon discount deals is also a big bonus to help us save on costs and help with our loyalty to the dealership. More
