Great dealership BUT there have been two occasions where I have mentioned getting something done- today for example I needed differential fluid exchanged and it wasn’t done even though it was recommended la I have mentioned getting something done- today for example I needed differential fluid exchanged and it wasn’t done even though it was recommended last time and this time. Another example is that I needed an oil change but the technician read my previous dealerships paper wrong…now I have to go back to get my car serviced because no one had listened to me nor fact checked me. It already takes 2 hours for an oil and tire rotation. My next service I had to request a loaner car and the technician today told me he’d give me a call by the end of the day and I never received a call for service scheduled on 8/3/23 More

Poor customer service . I made an appointment to get my oil changed, they rotated tyres instead and charged for it . Apparently the internet was down, They asked if i was in for 25k maintenance and i said I guess . That was the only interaction at checkin . I had no idea they couldn’t see any details of my appointment. Brandon Rodriguez who was the Service advisor did not mention the internet was down till they had to send an invoice . Tyler who was the manager said he is sure they told everyone before check in and that i should have known internet was down because they checked in with a book and not an iPad lol . I will never be coming back to this dealership and i will make sure my family and friends do not do any business with the dealership as well . More
Not the best service today: I had a 9:45 appointment, their internet was down so they couldn’t check people in. So I was checked in around 10:15, the person wasn’t overly friendly and tried to upsell fro their internet was down so they couldn’t check people in. I then received a text a little bit later my car was ready, but no one came to find me. I waited about 15 minutes and then found a person who said I should go back to the original person, he was busy so I waited and then he didn’t explain anything just told me to pay the bill. I then asked where my van was, he wasn’t sure so went to find out. Said it was outside to the left, so I walked out with my 2 toddlers and very pregnant 9 month self in hunt of my van. Which was at the back of the parking lot. When I got to it, the drivers mat was complelty off which is odd since one of the things listed was “check installation of driver’s floor mat”. So I guess they uninstalled it- idk. Also, I vacuumed my car yesterday and the drivers side had a ton of sand and dirt in it, like they didn’t even try to keep it clean. There is also a number paper on my dash way at the front that I can’t even reach to get off because I’m too pregnant and trash in my cup holder. This is my 6th visit here; and by far the worst. 2 have been great, 2 have been ok and this and another have been terrible- but this one especially. I don’t even know if they changed my oil- there isn’t a new sticker and nothing says it was added so I’m confused why I went. In total, 2 hours there for a dirtier car, maybe oil?, definitely not a floor mat inspection and not sure what else. Definitely would not recommend. More

I brought my truck there because I got a flat tire. I was helped by Bryan bell and he was prompt and polite. I got my vehicle back and was very pleased with the work.
