This is the second time I’ve been told my car would be ready at a certain time, and when I returned to get it, it was still sitting in the area waiting to have the minor regular maintenance performed. Also, even though I presented a coupon for the maintenance, and even when the service rep said he had applied the coupon… I had to have him retrieve and reread the coupon… he had charged me twice what I was supposed to be charged by Ira’s own mailer coupon… I’ll try Grapone next time. When I lived in Vermont the service at White River Toyota was great, but so far, here, service has been awful!!! More

I waited two months for the part. I was told it was under warrantee and would not cost my anything. I had to pay $385 for labor but was not told to expect the charge. Was pleasant and the work was done on time. I called three times before I got an answer about the availability of the part. None of the three returned my call. As for recommendation: I would give them another chance. More
