I was thrilled when IRA Toyota was able to get me in early the same day I called to deal with windows that wouldn’t shut and doors that didn’t lock . I also had oil changed. I went in to get 1 tire replaced in which I called ahead of time to make sure they had the tire I needed. While they did the work I specifically made them knowledgeable ahead of time and asked ahead of time of time to make sure they had the tire I needed.
