We are delighted with our new Highlander Limited Hybrid, and we particularly want to give our strongest praise to our Certified Sales Consultant Dan Levesque. When we arrived, we had just begun the sales and we particularly want to give our strongest praise to our Certified Sales Consultant Dan Levesque. When we arrived, we had just begun the sales process, and had planned to visit several more dealerships. We met Dan, and from the beginning, his low-key, patient approach made us feel at ease. Dan was the consummate professional, making us feel important throughout. We spent several hours there, test driving the vehicle and discussing different sales options with Dan, and he answered all of our questions patiently and accurately. Making a long story short, I am a guy who spends weeks researching and shopping around for a TV -- a car is a much bigger investment! And yet, for the first time in our lives, my wife and I walked into the first dealership and drove away in our new car, and it was completely thanks to Dan's professionalism and approach. You guys have an outstanding sales professional. And of course, and outstanding product. Finally, I want to praise Joshua Glazier for his professional approach as well, as he walked us through our service options. We ended up selecting the extended warranty and service options, and his logical explanations helped get us to our decision. Thank you all very much! More

I was told by phone that the service department was open until 7pm. When I got there the shop was all locked up for the night. Derek came and opened the door found his sales manager, my invoice and my keys. He was the only reason I did not start off my weekend on a bad note. He was not even on the clock and he was helping one of your customers that up to that point was VERY unsatisfied with the overall performance of Ira Toyota in Manchester, New Hampshire. My husband and I will only speak to Derek in the sales department if we have a problem on that side of the business now. I appreciate his help, concern and thoughtfulness. We had a horrible experience. Due to our duel purpose visit we had all of the paperwork for our vehicle which was important since the department that originally convinced my husband to sign up for the Platinum Warranty was not recorded in your computer system. (Make sure if you are a customer reading this you BRING ALL YOUR PAPER WORK!) We probably should not have been surprised because my husband has had to correct computer errors over and over again. First is was his e-mail address (a different e-mail every visit that we made was in the computer system) then it was our address that was wrong and then this. After the service department straightened out all the computer issues (taking the correct address again) we went into the sales department where we had made an appointment. Not only was no appointment recorded, but our address was wrong in the computer on the other side of the building! How is that possible? We had to tell them the correct address AGAIN! Then we were placed with a sales rep. that acted as though it was his first day on the job. Not only were their NO numbers or figures for us to look at with our lease, (like we had been promised on the phone), but there were also NO options presented. In an economical time like this, we thought Ira Toyota would want our business. They were unhelp, uninformative and aparently unaware of our frustration. To top off the night we had to take a rental car home because our car was not going to be ready. It was an awful and unorganized experience! I would strongly suggest if you not go to Ira Toyota in Manchester, don't! If you need to go to a Toyota dealership go to Epping. Though our service department agent was friendly and helpful and very apologetic as far as we were concerned it was too little, too late. If you have to go to Ira, good luck and remember your paperwork. -J Cogan More
We went into Toyota searching for either a new or used vehicle. Mike spent the majority of the day working with us to make sure we walked out of there with the right vehicle to meet our needs. Mike, Brian and Josh were throughly professional and answered all our questions. Because of other comitments, we were unable to pick up our car for 4 days. they were excellent at arranging times so we c answered all our questions. Because of other comitments, we were unable to pick up our car for 4 days. they were excellent at arranging times so we could take the car to our mechanic. We only found one thing wrong. That was a mud flap that was not properly attached to the car. On delivery ther were only 2 omissions. there were no front floor mats in the car and there were no license plate bolts on the front bumper. Both are very minor issues. The price of the car was slightly more than I had hoped to pay, but it was in line with current book pricing on this vehicle.All in all, it was an excellent purchase experience. More
