I was at the IRA site on 5/31. I came in just to take a look at what was on the lot. I had been in the market for a new/used vehicle but wasn't actually shopping that day. John Leedham attentively listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and what we could afford. Negotiations were professional, John and Shawn Ramos made the experience pleasant and without pressure. We were able to go home and think about the vehicle and the deal that was offered to us without worrying whether the deal would change if we went back in to finish purchase in a few days. John went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and excited about our new purchase. Josh Gendron helped us go through the financial documentation to make sure we understood everything and was attentive to all our questions. Gene was absolutely wonderful. He knows the product inside and out. I do not like pushy salesmen and I found Gene to be just perfect. He let me ask questions and did not force me into a decision. Seth is a young and vibrant salesperson. He is fairly new in this business but eager to please and do an exceptional job. He goes over and above expected customer service protocols. My wife and I were shopping for a used SUV for her and we are glad that we stopped at Ira. Justin the salesman showed us a few vehicles before we decided on the Highlander but I think the best thing he did are glad that we stopped at Ira. Justin the salesman showed us a few vehicles before we decided on the Highlander but I think the best thing he did was sit with us and ask a series of questions as to what exactly we were looking for and what were the most important features (cost,depreciation value, size, comfort etc.). I think the questions really enabled him to find the right vehicle for my wife. We left that day with the vehicle and have been very happy with the purchase. No hassles and great service. Even better when we asked for "official" Highlander floor mats after we closed the deal, Justin checked into it, returned a few minutes later and asked if we wanted carpet or rubber. I actually thought the response was going to be "sorry, we can't accomodate that request". That has been the repsonse from other dealers in the past, unless of course you want to buy them. Recently we had a piece of the roof rack trim fall off the car. We called Ira and Justin took care of getting a replacement....no questions asked. Bottom line, we have owned three Toyotas and would definately return to Ira for future purchases. More
I shopped Toyota extensively on the Internet, but the dealers were only interested in getting me "in the door". By the time I reached IRA, I knew the price was RIGHT - and Gino was honest, straight-fore dealers were only interested in getting me "in the door". By the time I reached IRA, I knew the price was RIGHT - and Gino was honest, straight-foreward, and easy-going. The car was the "advetised special" - AND IT WAS! I saved nearly $1200. over the other dealers!! The financing rate offered (based on my credit) was appropriate and reasonable, and I was driving off the lot in a few hours. For a change, the process of buying the car didn't detract from the joy of getting a new car. Jennine, the title clerk, made the final paperwork stress-free and pleasant. More
