I am very impressed with Seth as a sales person and will recommend him and the dealership. I went along when my fiance bought a 2009 Camry hybrid last spring. At that time, Seth was new to the job, enthusi recommend him and the dealership. I went along when my fiance bought a 2009 Camry hybrid last spring. At that time, Seth was new to the job, enthusiastic and worked hard to find the perfect car - and did so, in spite of errors in the computer listings. So, when my 15 year old Corolla was showing its age, I called Seth and made an appointment. He was friendly and cordial, even though I had called him in the evening on his cell phone. When I went in to Ira a few days later, he had a low mileage used 2008 certified Corolla that met and exceeded my requests. Everyone worked as fast as they could to process paperwork and I drove my new car home about three hours after I had arrived! My lower rating on the price is due to the total being higher than I had originally planned, but that increase was my decision, as I purchased the Resistall coating and an upgraded warranty package, in the hopes that my car will last through my retirement. Seth found a car that was exactly the price I had told him I wanted to pay. I look forward to having my newer car serviced at Ira and dealing with more of the friendly people there. More
I originally came into IRA because my friend Bob Kamal is one of the Service Managers on the Lexus side....and my last car I bought thru him from Rockingham Toyota, he has since become one of my great friend one of the Service Managers on the Lexus side....and my last car I bought thru him from Rockingham Toyota, he has since become one of my great friends personally and I would never make a car purchase without consulting him first! I wanted a Corolla originally but was disappointed with the first salesperson I worked with and went back and dealt with Doug Clifford who although is a salesperson on the Lexus side, was able to work with me. I ended up test driving a 2007 Camry, which I never thought I would be able to afford again, but I fell in love with it. It had only 22,000 miles on it and it had an electronic seat...and with my recent back problems and having a herniated disk, I knew I just had to have this car. He was very very helpful and in turn I worked with Dennis Wilson to get the financing done who made it possible to own my dream car...I was trading in a 2000 Camry with 195K miles on it, so I knew Camry's were the way to go! They had my car ready the next day, and are going to fix a dent in the trunk for me and give me a loaner to boot! I cannot say enough good things about Doug who made me 2 CDs of his own for my great stereo system in the car! He was always on top of things and called me to keep me posted and let me know the progress on my car! Dennis was also exceptional in that he took the time away from being the GM to make this happen and make sure I was a happy satisfied customer, which I truly am! I was in and out of there within an hour....done deal! That was so great and I am truly grateful it was a painless process! Dennis and Doug, you guys are top-notch and I would recommend anyone going to you for a car and in dealing with you for your friendliness and professionalism! Thanks again! More
John Demille sales and leasing consultant provided patient, polite understanding service without pressure. He is a great resource for IRA. The cashier was very efficent and polite. However the Finance Office we can do without, it was pure high pressure sales for warranties. Our sale was not being financed by the dealer, but we still had to wait 1 hour for the warrantie sales pitch. Avoid if possble, to save being pressured to buy a warrantie you proabably do not want. Very nice people. Quick service. Seth and Ken both LISTENED well and then only then tried to fill my needs. I think I did get a good deal but not great deal. We both made out. Im up in the air about this dealership. I went to buy a preowned scion tc. The car was at a good price and John was great to work with. I then talked to Phil about all the fun financial stuff. I was in a rush and instead of taking no as an answer to all the goodies available for the car, he kept trying to push them on me. Then I signed all the papers and he drops the bomb that they dont have the title to give me right then. So I decided to pick it up the day after. When I went to my insurance company to change over my policy they told me my title and RV form didnt match so they wouldnt register my car. Ira was no help with this problem and refused to fix the RV form saying "the only person who can do it went home" really? I have a hard time believing only one person in that whole place knows how to reprint a paper. Then i went to go pick up my car. SOMEONE HIT IT! someone hit the car I just paid for. John nicely told us and said he had already put in the order to service that they'd be fixing it. That made things a little more pleasant. I dropped my car off and it took them more than a week to fix a scratch on the bumper. It's a bumper, should it really take that long? The best thing about this dealership was working with John, he tried to help us through all the issues and would get to the bottom of the issues that even the managers wouldnt give us answers to. So, do I recommend this dealership? For the Sales Reps sure, for everything else. no. they are very unorganized and like to give excuses just because they dont want to fix an issue. More

However, These folks where given two scheduled appointment opportunities and could not find one once of professionalism or even common courtesy . Not only did they put off, ignore, played games with, and totally disrespected my Daughter they totally shafted and disrespected one of their own employees who referred her and assured her that she would be treated appropriately. It's not my place to tell folks who to do business with but in my wildest imagination I can't find a good reason why anyone would put themselves through this kind of disrespect and humiliation.... If they will treat one of their own company family this way just imagine how they will treat yours. More
