We are truly sorry for your experience. Our priority is customer service and it is obvious that we went overboard here. We never like to hear that a customer bought a vehicle elsewhere. After looking into this further we made a few mistakes. The first mistake was not communicating to you that your salesperson was on vacation. I am sure you would have understood if we told you that. The second mistake was that no one updated our system to stop sending emails and unfortunately our system will send a response on it's own from time to time. This was an oversight by one of our managers. I am going to personally look into this so we do not upset any customers in the future. Your file should have been updated and it was not. We also spoke to Michael about his lack of communication. We let him know that he should have explained the situation better and let him know that this cost us a valuable customer. We at Ira feel that we have a sound online process and our goal is to give customers like yourself quick professional responses that answer your questions so you will feel more comfortable if and when you decide to visit one of our locations. We appreciate the feedback and will make adjustments to prevent this from happening in the future. We hope that you will re-consider doing business with us in the future.
