I walked into Ira looking for someone to help me get into a lease. There were many salesman around, Seth was the first one to make eye contact with me (of course his sex appeal caught my eye!!)and ask If he a lease. He was very welcoming and listened attentively as I told him what I was looking for. I was impressed with his knowledge, proffesionalism and how he was not pushy in anyway. He made me very comfortable with his sense of humor and small talk through out the process. I can't say enough about how good of a salesman he is. We had a great time together... finding the car in the back lot, test driving, filling up with gas after the sale(he even bought me a coffee!) He made me a very happy customer as much so at the end of the day I gave him a big hug! I will always recommend Seth and Ira to all my peeps!! Thanks Seth for the signed T-shirt:) More
Seth Boutin was by far the best sales associate I have worked with in finding my family a used SUV. He worked with me to find the nicest possible SUV to fit my budget, and worked very hard to get my payments where I needed them to be, even after I lowered my budget after getting my insurance quote! I had a great experience with Ira Toyota and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. I never would have believed I could fit this nice of a vehicle in my budget (I purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy, fully loaded, with extended warranty). I am very impressed with Seth's willingness to meet my budget with the absolute best vehicle possible, without trying to push me into a vehicle I couldnt afford. I am extremely happy with the SUV I purchased, and equally pleased with the customer service at Ira Toyota Manchester. More
We were looking to purchase a new Toyota Tacoma. I did preliminary research online and discovered that a salesperson that we had purchsed two vehicles from in the past was now working at Ira Toyota of Man preliminary research online and discovered that a salesperson that we had purchsed two vehicles from in the past was now working at Ira Toyota of Manchester. I filled out our information online and in the comments section I asked to deal with this salesperson specifically. Almost immediately I received a response from "Michael Sullivan". I responded thanking him for the email and explained I would like to deal with the specific salesperson requested. Mr. Sullivan responded something to the effect that he could get all the specifics up front & then hand everything off to our requested salesperson. I said no thank you, that we would deal with this salesperson and to please not send any more emails. I received at least 2 more emails from Mr. Sullivan, after which I replied that if he didn't stop harrassing me with emails that the dealership would lose the sale. A day or two later I received yet ANOTHER email! In the meantime I had found out that the salesperson we wanted to deal with was on vacation and would be back in a few days. Not wanting the salesperson to lose the sale over something that he didn't even know about, I called the dealership to find out who this Michael Sullivan was and was told he worked at one of their offices in Massachusetts. I asked to speak to his manager and was connected (I do not remember the manager's name). I explained to this manager that I was being harrassed with emails and if I received another one that I would not do business with Ira Toyota. He looked up my original online request, read to me my request to deal with a specific salesperson and apologized for the emails and said it would not happen again. That seemed to do the trick as the emails stopped. In the meantime we connected with our requested salesperson and were starting to work on a deal. But then I received ANOTHER email from Michael Sullivan that he was at my service "for a truly outstanding experience at Ira Toyota of Manchester". That was the last straw. After repeatedly requesting not to receive emails from this person that I do not want to deal with, going the extra step to actually speak to a "live" person, only to have that request ignored, does not speak of great customer service. I consider it harrassment and badgering. I feel bad for our requested salesperson as he was not to blame for this and had always done well by us in the past, but I am glad we did not purchase a vehicle from Ira if this is what they consider "a truly outstanding experience". My husband and I have bought 2 Toyota's recently and are very pleased with this dealership. The minute we walked in and met salesman Bill Kinney we knew he was the right person for us to be talking to. He very pleased with this dealership. We are looking to buy a new Toyota for my mother in just a few months and we will ask for no one but Bill to seal this deal. He is an asset to this dealership and an all around great person to help you buy the right vehicle for you! Too bad there weren't more people like Bill out there to make your car buying experience pleasant and not a nightmare! More
Very impressed with both Seth and Justin, our initial contact was with another employee and he left us feeling a little less than impressed. When we arrived back at the dealership Justin handed us off to Seth who walked us through the process from start to finish. He was attentive and professional, made us feel comfortable with the entire process, and made sure we knew what we were getting. Justin completed the sale and explained all the paperwork in detail, everything was as promised and expected. Seth got us into the car and gave us an overview of the cars controls. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. If you are shopping for a new car I strongly recommend Seth, his knowledge and professionalism are a credit to the dealership. More
After a long day of looking at vehicles we stopped at Ira Toyota for one last shot. As soon as we met Seth he was very pleasant and wanted to get us comfortable and relaxed to go over what I was looking for Toyota for one last shot. He could tell that we were not impressed with our day so far and made small jokes to ease the tension that we had going in. He quickly got a few vehicles in mind for me to look at and we were on our first test drive in no time. I believe that Seth had sensed that the first vehicle was not everyting that I wanted and did not feel too comfortable driving so as soon as we got back he mentioned the ford explorer and brought this around. We were then on the second test drive and I was alot happier. Did I mention I love this truck? Well just to simplify from that point on Seth made sure I really wanted this vehicle and worked with his manager to make the sale possible for me. The whole time being very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would have to say that every person I delt with there was pleasant and easy going. Never once pushy...That meant alot to me. :) Let me put it this way, by time I left there I wanted to hug Seth goodbye, that was how happy I was with my experience. THANK YOU! More

When I first visited this Dealership; my original intention was only to investigate price on a used Toyota 4 Runner; as well as obtain a trade-in value for my current vehicle. I did not necessarily intend to purchase with this Dealership, as I have been a loyal customer to another Dealership for many years. When I arrived at the Dealership with my young son; Seth approached us with a smile and a friendly greeting - no pressure. Seth was very engaging in his interest to provide me the quality sales and service I was seeking - and, he went out of his way to find me the vehicle I wanted. He actively listened to what I wanted; and did not try to oversell or undersell me - I value this greatly. And, he was very respectful of my limited time to "shop" and kept in great contact with me. When he found the vehicle I wanted, he drove out of state that same day to bring the vehicle to me. He provided the opportunity for a test drive that same day; and we solidified the deal later that night - Awesome customer service! It didn't stop there ... He had the vehicle cleaned and prepared for me and my family; and then made sure I was aware of how all the vehicle's internal instruments worked before I left the lot. I am also greatly appreciative of the GSM's participation (Bobby) - He met my son and I on the first day; and then visited with my husband and I on our visit prior to signing papers. Very personable customer service - again, not salesy! Let me not forget to mention Josh - who eased the Financing "punch." Josh found the right financing package for us and provided us options to consider - again, another very personable engagement. As a Team, they worked collaboratively to get me and my family into the right vehicle; priced within our limit; and in a very timely manner. THANK YOU ALL so very much. I wanted to trade my 2007 Rav 4 for a 2010 because I drive a lot of miles and the low interest rate option meant more of my money would go on principle; I was currently paying 6.94%. It was time to start looking for a new car since I had put on over 100,000 miles plus on a three year old Nissan Altima. This was my first time going to Ira Toyota of Manchester NH. I was meet in the front of the dealership by Sales Rep. Seth Boutin. He asked if he could help in any way on the selection of the car that I was looking for that day. Seth was friendly and has a good knowledge of the Toyota car line. He asked many questions pertaining to color, options, and safety of the car that I was looking for that day. With that he was able to show me the car that I purchased. At no time during the period that was spent with Seth did I feel any pressure to purchase the car. I will not hesitate to tell and of my friends of go to Ira Toyota of Manchester to see Seth Boutin and the rest of the staff for any of their car needs. More
