I had such a great buying experience w/ Emmanual Figueroa at IRA Subaru in Danvers Massachusetts in February of 2008 that went back 9 months later and I bought my 2nd new Subaru from him in October 2008. The entire sale and purchase process was fine - I've been driving the subaru Forester for 8 yrs, so I already knew and liked the vehicle. My salesman Art knows his product well - each time I mentioned someth driving the subaru Forester for 8 yrs, so I already knew and liked the vehicle. My salesman Art knows his product well - each time I mentioned something I had issue with in my current car Art was informed and able to highlight the improvment in the 09 model. They also seemed to genuinely enjoy working there; the atmosphere was collegial, not competitive. Andy Dole, the salesman, was efficient and especially kind. When the DMV failed to register the car by end-of-day Friday and I was left without transportation, he offered to chauffeur me over the weekend and even cancelled another commitment to take me grocery shopping that day. He also called me first thing Monday morning to reassure me he was following up with the DMV. I never expected such chivalry from a car salesman. I would definitely do business with him and his dealership again, and I enthusiastically recommend them to others. More

This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! Manny was wonderful to work with. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We began researching cars back in the summer and went to 2 Toyota dealerships, 1 Honda, 1 Nissan, and another Subaru dealer. The salesmen and atmosphere in those places did not give us a good feeling. Some were very pushy. We were so happy to find Ira Subaru and Manny because we immediately felt like we were in the right place. On the test drive, Manny answered every question we had about the car we were interested in, the Subaru Outback. When we told him we were not ready to buy, he was fine with that. We were so impressed with Manny that we knew we would want to deal with him when we felt ready to proceed. We stayed in touch occasionally by phone. When we were ready, we called him and he got us a good deal on a lease. We are extremely happy with the car. I love the all wheel drive. It has been great in the snow! We will definitely return to this dealership and Manny in the future! More

To date, by far, the best dealership I have delt with is Ira Subaru. As a result, I have purchased my last five new cars from them. They are very accommodating, have a great service department, and their Parts manager Mr. Rich Nadeau, has been extremely helpful, in working with us to modify our new Subarus to meet our particular needs. When purchasing my vehicles I have delt exclusively with their sales representative Mr. Andy Dole. For me, buying a new car used to be a very stressful affair, but now, thanks to Mr. Dole, it has become a very positive experience. More

I hate feeling as though someone is "selling" me something and that's how I felt everywhere except at IRA Subaru. I never felt pressured; the atmosphere was friendly and every request was met. They were patient, informative and helpful. I have sent a relative to the dealership and after an extensive search, she too decided that IRA Subaru was the only dealership where she felt comfortabe. I have an acquaintance who lives 30 miles away with several dealerships closer to her home, yet she intends to go the extra distance because of my recommendation. More
Horrible dealer scammed me in every way, sold me a lemon ford windstar and would not take responsibility for it the car was in service more then it was at my house they gave me an 11% interest rate without ford windstar and would not take responsibility for it the car was in service more then it was at my house they gave me an 11% interest rate without even printing it on the contract and got some bank in NY to approve it then mike sat down with us and begun insulting me and screaming at me that he will not buy the car back and that i own it and that i need to get a lawyer then they told me ok we will give you full price of the car that you paid $6000 (I paid $7700) one time i took the car in and told them the tranny begun hard shifting so the techs looked at it for 1 hour 45min and the mike told me it was fine so i drove out of the store and 50 feet down 114 right at McDonalds the tranny broke.... that dealer is full of scam artists i will never do business with ira and urge no one to do any with them either unless you want it to cost you a lot and get major headaches More
