Art Otremba is a true professional and I HIGHLY recommend working with him. He answered all of our questions, met all of our demands, and responded to our calls in inquiries quickly and accurately. The business manager on other hand, is a little bit shady. The final price changed by $400 when we came back to sign the finance papers. Luckily we caught the change before we signed....dishonest... The extra shady part was that my signature was PHOTOCOPIED onto the new documents. Unreal. Bordering on theft. We were told "it was only a few bucks a month, no big deal." Ha. Again, Art Otremba is the best. We received our car quickly after we cleared up the price, of course. It was spotless and had a full tank of gas. Art even topped the tank off when we brought the car back for inspection. Awesome. More

We recently leased a 2010 Impreza for my wife and I bought a new 2010 Forester,I love the handling and ride of both vehicles plus all the other features they have.I'm definitely a Subaru person. I found my salesperson,Art Otremba to be knowledgeable about each of the new cars that I was considering purchasing. He answered all of my questions so that I felt confirdent in making a decison. Art made sure that all was in order and ready when I picked up my new car. He helped remove the kayak racks from my the car that I was trading in. Unfortunately, just after I left the dearlership my new car was hit from behind while I was stopped at a stop sign. When I called Art to tell him he was very supprtive. He ensured that a rental car was available for me and communicated with the Ira Collision Center. Art has continued to be a resource to me as questions have arisen. I think that he is a rare individual....a salesman who is committed to his clients. More
