This is the second car that we have bought from Ira Subaru, but our first used one and our first time working with Art because Andy was on vacation. We knew the car we were interested in when we went into the dealership as Andy had pointed it out to us. So we took it out for a test drive and decided that it was the car for us. As usual, we had to go through the back and forth with Art and his managers. At first we were not even close to making the deal but the next day Art called to let us know that they had worked it out to give us a fair price for our trade. Art, Andy, the service department, Mike and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in good order before we took the car home because there were some dings that the service department was going to take care of- which they did. Art also promised that he would find an owners manual that was missing from the car and get it to us. He did not have to do that but he offered it anyway. Art was a great guy to deal with and we are happy that we were able to buy another Subaru from IRA We highly recommend IRA. We are looking to get a car for our son and we will go to IRA first and probably buy there. More

Art's managers worked with us to arrive at a price that we were comfortable with, and the service department, as always, went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in good order before we took the car home.
