I have been extremely happy with dealing with Ira as a company over the past 4 years. I bought a Nissan Murano from Ira Nissan in Woburn, my son bought his Frontier from Ira Nissan in Woburn, and I just b company over the past 4 years. I also had the pleasure with dealing this time with the Toyota dealership as well. I started with the inernet sales department of Ira, and they where very helpfull as well. In past experiences I felt violated buying new cars, but with Ira, they took the stress out of my shopping, and eventually, purchasing a vehicle. I did quite of bit of shopping around before i bought my car. While other sales men were pushy and intense Joe was easy going and made me feel very comfortable. My overall experience at Ira was amazing. Joe was extremely helpful in helping me select the model I was looking for in a non-aggressive but friendly manner. I didn't feel pressured at all and Joe even drove down from the dealership and picked me up at my residence down in Somerville and brought me to the dealership when my ride situation was a little tight. Furthermore, Joe was helpful in helping me find a local insurance company and drove me there to get the paperwork done. At the same time he also offered to buy me lunch which I enjoyed back at the dealership while the car was being prepped. The fleet manager was also easy to deal with since he was a straight shooter, gave me a few items to sweeten the deal, and treated me like a valued customer. In sum, I would recommend Ira Subaru to family and friends if they ever needed a new car. More

Manny's customer service is exceptional. He treats his customers with respect. His manner is natural and caring. Manny builds trust. I am 62 years old and have never dealth with anyone from the auto industry quite like Manny. He is truely an asset to his dealership and the customers he serves. My wife and I purchased two 2008 Subaru's from Manny, an Outback and Impreza. This year our son and his wife purchased a 2009 Outback and our daughter & her fiance purchased a 2009 Forester. We are truly a Subaru family and Manny is why we have purchased them from Ira. More

As we were driving into the IRA Subaru Dealership the salesman was standing in the window with his coat on for what we were certain would be a high pressure sales pitch. What a wonderful surprise when Art introduced himself and began by asking us what type of vehicle we were looking for, new or used. We told him that we were interested in a new vehicle but we were not sure what kind. As soon as those words were out of our mouths we noticed the 2009 Forrester. Still, no high pitch sales, what we got was a salesman who is extremely knowledgable about the product he is selling and by the time we finished our incredible test drive it was evident that Art believes in the vehicles that Subaru makes. The overall experience we had with IRA Subaru was excellent, however, there was one thing that could have been better. First, we had to come back to the dealership for an inspection sticker. This should have been all set when we picked the vehicle up. Going back was a bit of an inconvenience but we still consider the experience to be excellent and will recommend IRA Subaru to our family and friends. More
The salesman, Manny Figueroa, was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and most of all, straight forward. I downgraded the overall Experience because of the usual hocus pocus with the closer. "Special deal on my trade-in" only available if you buy today. Well, I guess it wasn't hocus-pocus because that deal was no longer available when I finally bought my car a week or two later. In fat my old car had suddenly become undesirable. Also he could only come down a couple of hundred dollars on his "final" price, not nearly matching the deal I had through a USAA negotiated price with another dealer. I probably would have bothered to drive the 34 miles to the other dealer to see what they would give me on my trade-in if it hadn't have been for Manny. He was such a pleasure to deal with I wanted to give him the business. The finance guy was also knowledgeable and explained the various warranty and service options. He took no thank you for an answer, without resorting to a hard sell, though trying to be sure my partner and I understood the pros and cons and leaving me with literature in case we changed our minds. More
