I serviced my car here. I received a text message quoting my repairs at nearly $5k when I had expected them to be around $300 at drop off. When I called to inquire about this quote, my advisor could not explain what exactly was wrong with my car and seemed frustrated that I wouldn’t just blindly approve the work. I was also under the impression that some of the repairs would be covered under a recall, as had been discussed at drop off. When I brought this up, my advisor acted as if this was the first mention of the recall. It’s not that I doubted that my car needed repair; it was the lack of knowledge and communication between the staff and customer. I would highly recommend taking your Subarus to Subaru of Wakefield for service of you have the option. More
