Despite none of my grievances being addressed about my IRA, I had given up on any notion that my initial complaints about the car would be addressed. Frankly because it has caused so much stress and time wasted. Recently, I’ve received several notices from, my loan holder that they have not received my title. If this does not get addressed by June my interest rate on my car will go up 18%. I bought this car in JANUARY! Each time I have followed up with more than several calls to both Emilio at IRA Subaru Danvers and left voicemails and Rosco. None of whom have responded to my requests the last month plus - I left a google review publicly where Rosco asked me reach out but never followed up despite my many calls at his number 978 739 8853. I would call every few days at this point. I have called the shop and they have stated that he would get back to me following his travel to texas but it has not happened. I have checked my log list via my phone provider and it shows that I have called Rosco at least 15 times in the last month. Today I finally demanded to speak to Emilio where he found that my title was sent to a different financer. He proceeded to say that the DMV had sent it to the wrong address. He proceeded to say that we don’t know why the DMV sent it to the wrong address but it’s out of our hands since you are the owner but I can do you favor and try to figure it out. I am to follow up with the DMV who will accurately tell me why the title was sent to the wrong address which I believe whole heartedly that your location in Danvers is responsible for this. Please let me know if you trying to right a dealerships wrong is doing me a favor. Once I brought up the fact that the customer experience emilio stated “I am just trying to get free stuff” when I had originally requested that the battery jump I bought out my own pocket be compensated. Who says that to a customer who made a large purchase? Which by the way I have not received any type of free stuff despite the stress purchase has caused me. My new car’s battery dying while I was in Maine in a middle of a snow storm and my car insurance had not kicked in yet is not the experience I wanted. Having my car shake while on the highway is not what I want. My car laging in certain scenarios is not what I want. Frankly, I am tired of this run around! I’ve spent countless hours, missed work and appointments in result of this purchase, IRA’s oversight, and lazy customer service and lack of care. I had been patient many times understanding that people are busy and overwhelmed but 2 months for a title is far too long to get a simple response and a plan of action.

Mr. Roscoe Robinson, things were not handled to my satisfaction. I am just now getting a response back from you a year later. I emailed you at the above email address on February 15, 2022 at 3:38 p.m. forwarding my October 6, 2021 email communication with Rafael Ortiz. It gave a thorough explaining of the incident that occurred on the phone call to Ira Subaru Servicing Department regading the servicing of the 2016 Honda Civic brakes on October 6, 2021. I got no response from you. I also emailed you on September 21, 2022 at the email address you mentioned above with an attached copy of Kelly Honda, Lynn, MA repair receipt. Again, I got no response. Please check your email. I would be happy to forward you the receipt again. We are expecting full reimbursement for this out-of-pocket expenditure.

After calling Subaru of America to report this incident, several phone calls and emails to Ira Subaru, over a year later, Jeff Lubas was assigned the responsibility of arranging the refund for the out-of-pocket expenditure. Thanks Jeff for your due diligence. The refund check was received towards the end of October 2022. As a result of this, I changed my rating from one to three.
