We came in on a Sunday and Ellie greeted us outside and introduced himself. We told him I’m Interested in one of the last 2023 Outback Onyx that they had in the lot. We sat down with him and did some negot introduced himself. We told him I’m Interested in one of the last 2023 Outback Onyx that they had in the lot. We sat down with him and did some negotiating and couldn’t come to an agreed price and trade. We were ready to head out and he asked us to hold for a few minutes more. He came back with a offer we couldn’t say no to. Ellie and the sales manager Sophie really came through for us on our trade and the new car. I just want to say thank you to you both and will recommend people come to see you. Throughout the entire process they were kind and professional and made me a client, not just a customer.
