This was by far the best experience we ever had buying a car. I kept waiting for the "typical car salesman" to come out of the woodwork. It never happened! We most certainly will tell all of our friends about this experience and plan to return when we are in the market again. I just purchased an Outback 3.6R Limited through Art Otremba, and it was a great experience. Paul Peters and Mike Garabedian were also very helpful and friendly. While looking online for a 2004 Subaru WRX, I saw a great deal in Manchester called "Team N*****" (Not sure if I could put their name up), the only problem was... I had a very bad first time with this Dealer deal in Manchester called "Team N*****" (Not sure if I could put their name up), the only problem was... I had a very bad first time with this Dealership a few years back, the salesman actually said to me "Thanks for my wasting my time" because I had asked him if he could sell the car for a $100.00 less (I ended up finding a better deal at IRA Tewksbury). So instead I took a trip to the nearest dealership (IRA Subaru of DANVERS). The first person to greet me at the door was Arthur Otremba, a very peasant guy with great stories to tell you. This was my salesman. He asked what I was looking for and found me a ‘03 WRX, I was looking for the ‘04 WRX Blob Eyes, but after looking at the 03 Bug Eyes, I started to like it more. I had a really fun test-drive!!! Not sure I should say what we did, but this car drove and moves exactly like what they say it did in an issue of Import Tuner Magazine. Eric and Alcir were the finance guys that got me to drive away with the car. I bought this car for Maine driving; Arthur was even nice enough to drive my car all the way from Massachusetts to Maine for a drop off! Andy is very experienced, knows the product, no pressure (seriously). Of course the new Legacy kind of sells itself, but he's a pleasure to deal with. Art took me on the best test drive I've ever been on, he really showed me what the Subaru Forester was capable of doing. Fred gave us a great price on our trade-in. We still settled on a price that was only slightly less than list price, but a good financing deal made the cost a little easier to swallow. And we were provided with a price and estimated monthly payments prior to committing to the car, which was huge for us. More
