I found my salesperson,Art Otremba to be knowledgeable about each of the new cars that I was considering purchasing. He answered all of my questions so that I felt confirdent in making a decison. Art made sure that all was in order and ready when I picked up my new car. He helped remove the kayak racks from my the car that I was trading in. Unfortunately, just after I left the dearlership my new car was hit from behind while I was stopped at a stop sign. When I called Art to tell him he was very supprtive. He ensured that a rental car was available for me and communicated with the Ira Collision Center. Art has continued to be a resource to me as questions have arisen. My most recent purchase (2001 Outback) ~ a week ago was one of the MOST positive experiences I have ever had. It is all because of my sales rep, Andy Dole. He made my purchase a "pleasurable experience!! There was never any pressure. I actually felt he was "there for me" 200% He was very professional and highly supportive of my needs throughout the whole process. I left the lot feeling great about my purchase. I really felt he heard my concerns and was very much there for me as a customer! I would always want Andy to be my sales rep if I ever needed to purchase another vehicle. I purchased a 2003 Mazda Protage5 from Art at Ira Subaru in Danvers. I had a very positive experience and found art to be most helpful, sincere, and knowledgeable about his profession. However, the car left the lot prematurely with one head lamp out and soon it began to make strange noises. i notified Art and he and Mike worked together to make it right. Though I am not sure of the cars performance both Art and Mike have handled themselves kindly and professionally and I trust that if there is a problem they will continue to do so. More
One of the bset Dealerships I have been to. When I first got there, I was greeted, but was not hovered around. I was left to look over what I wanted then went and talked to the salesman. He even took the time to show me where every button switch and light was and what they meant. In terms of appearance, top notch, very professional. I have only had my new 2010 Legacy for about a week but so far i am very satisfied, Art has even called to make sure everything is going good and to make sure I was happy. He Gave me his cell number as well, so i can call him directly if i have any problems. I would recommend this dealer to any and all my friends. More
As a women walking into a car dealership alone I was a bit nervous and expected a pushy sales person to try and sell me something for too much money and not what I needed. Dale Heardman was awesome and very patient he listened to everything I wanted and took the time to work with the GM Mike to get me everything on my must have list. There was no pressure to buy anything I did not need or want and they gave me a great deal on my new car. I look forward to a long relationship with IRA Danvers and would recommend them, and specifically Dale to anyone look for a Subaru. Thanks again! More
