Looked online for a car with low milage. Found 2 at a price we could afford. Test drove them, really liked both, then spent almost 3 hours at the dealership, only to find out that the online Found 2 at a price we could afford. Test drove them, really liked both, then spent almost 3 hours at the dealership, only to find out that the online price was not true. Both cars were offered to us at over $4000 MORE then stated online. Total bait and switch. When pointed out, they said we didn't qualify, as "stated in the fine print". I then open the website and checked - the "fine print" stated that a vehicle 2009 or newer needed to be traded-in to get the IRA price, which we were doing. After a lot of mumbling and "checking with the manager" we were still offered the higher price. Total waste of time! xx offers, too much time spent pushing financing (which we didn't need) and never a simple answer to questions. NO THANK YOU More
