I would like to say how disappointed I was as to how I was treated at IRA Subaru Danvers, MA, by one of your Sales Manager, Ed Cooperstein today. It was in such an unprofessional manner that I couldn't even believe he was a manager. The most important thing I wished he had done was kept my information confidential between my husband and I. Right as I approached the counter, he had started telling me how much money I would need to put down on the vehicle I was interested in and talked about my credit history out loud. I was fuming with anger and disappointment. He had also basically told me that he didn't want me to waste his time if I can't afford it, but I'd have to say that opne of your Sales Consultant, Emmanuel Figueroa, was very helpful. I would like to thank him for being patient and professional. He knew good customer service while I'd have to say Ed may need an evaluation and coaching on how to approach and speak to customers in a better and friendlier way. More
Can not and would not recommend buying anything from an Ira dealership. Worst buying experince ever. When I went to pick up the registration my salesperson (Gene) was not around so Ed the salesmanager assisted but all he did was to tell me he'd check prices and have Gene call me. There were a number of standard equipment parts missing from the truck including the owners manual Nothing was big dollars and Ira owns 2 Nissan Dealerships so their cost would be minimal. It's been over 2 weeks and despite several calls, emails, and visits to the dealership my windshield is still cracked, the parts are still missing, and all I've recived is the run-around. Customer service is non-existing once you drive off the lot. They got their $$ and that's all that matters to Ira Motorgroup and their salespeople. UPDATE: This site works! After seeing my review, Melissa (GM?) stepped up to make amends and resolved all issues to my satisfaction. Even went so far as to replace, not repair, the windshield. I review quite a bit of merchandise and businesses and I have to give props when they're due. They are warranted in this case. More

I was in for a Subaru recall notice for the car's computer. Richard the service manager told me it would take about an hour. I went to wait in the comfortable waiting area. My wife called me and told me that her doctor's appointment was moved up and could I speed things up and come home to pick her up. I spoke with Richard and told him of my dilema. He said he would try to get me out as soon as possible. A few minutes later he told me he was able to get my car hooked up to a computer and I would be out shortly. He returned in a short while and told me my car was ready. I was able to get home and get my wife to her appointment on time. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. More
This is the second Subaru Forester I've bought from Art / Ira Subaru. I had all my maintenance done at Ira. Everyone has always been friendly, professional and informative. I bought my first Forester in February 2008 and my test drive was in the snow! At first Art made me a little nervous when in a large parking lot he said "step on the gas then slam on brakes!" But the car stopped as it should have. The test drive for my 2011 Forester was yesterday and the roads were wet. Art had me test the brakes on this new car. He also had me do 360s and sharp lefts and rights to make sure I understood what the car can do. I'm very excited about picking up the new car in a few days. I bought my first car recently at Ira Subaru. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, Art introduced himself to me and we got to business right away. I knew which car I was interested in (Subaru Outback) since I had done some research online, and I explained to him that this was my first time buying a car. Art was very personable and explained everything in detail to me. He was extremely knowledgeable about Subarus and added his own personal experiences since he is also a Subaru owner. I was very impressed with the test drive. We were able to go on the highway and I had the opportunity to really get a sense of how the brakes/AWD worked in an empty lot. The test drive really sold me on the Subaru; I've never felt so much control in a car when swerving and stopping abruptly. What was really impressive to me was how flexible Art was with my schedule for the car pickup. Since I bought the car on a Saturday, I couldn't pick it up until the following Monday. Since I did not have a car at the time, Art sent someone over to pick me up at a nearby T station and drive me back to the dealership. He genuinely cares for the customer and added that he wanted to know if anything happened to the car so he could help me out with any service requests. I highly recommend Art Otremba as a car salesman, who helped make my first car-buying experience a breeze. More

After test driving the Subaru Impreza my mind was pretty much made up. I told Art that I was going to think about it and to please not pressure me. True to his word, he did not call me trying to pressure me into buying the Subaru. A week later, I went in and bought a 2010 Subaru Impreza. When my daughter recently needed to buy a used car, I called Art. Again, I felt no pressure, and Art sold us a car that my daughter could afford. I would recommend Art and IRA Subaru if you want to buy a new or used car. More
I recently purchased a 2007 Subaru Forrester. From the moment I entered the dealership I was attended to quickly and respectfully from the service employees I spoke to. I then met Art Otremba, my sales consultant, who has been so helpful throughout the entire process of deciding to by a Subaru. He is extremely knowlegeable and informative about the aspects of driving a Subaru. He has a very kind and considerate manner, which has made this experience so positive. When discussing the possibilities of adding some features I was interested in, he clearly worked hard to advocate having these features added before I actually purchased the car. During this process, I also met the General Manager, Mike Garabedian, who also was friendly and courteous when discussing my purchase. He approved the features I requested without any pressure or conflict, which is so admirable in the car sales world. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service I have received at Ira Subaru. When I came to pick up the car, Art took the time to introduce me to my new car. He was thorough in explaining the features of my car and was very patient in answering the many questions I asked. He followed up with a phone call the next day to check on how things were going. I have never had this kind of quality care and service in my experience in purchasing a vehicle. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family members if ever asked about purchasing a car. Thank you for making this experience so pleasant and enjoyable. I just purchased my first new car here yesterday. I had been to another dealership down the road and although they gave me a good price, I did not feel the level of comfort that I felt the minute I walked been to another dealership down the road and although they gave me a good price, I did not feel the level of comfort that I felt the minute I walked in the door of Ira Subaru. Andy greeted us and brought us over the the manager Mike. Both gentleman were extremely friendly. You could tell the other sales agents were completely relaxed and loved working there. The test drive was amazing....we went on both the highway and a back windy road. I got a real sense for how well the brakes perform while in the parking lot since Andy had me speed up and stop quickly. Impressive! The Standard Subaru Forester feels like you are driving something special, but we ended up with a Premium 2010 model. After entertaining us with several financing scenarios (thanks, Mike) we worked with Eric the business manager on the paperwork. Although it took a VERY long time to get into his office (they were busy) and we were the last appointment, he was not unpleasant or hurried to leave. He was extremely competent and thorough. High marks all around! HIGHLY recommended. I look forward to working with them on service appointments as well. More
