Misrepresentation of facts, paperwork in correctly prepared, the "promise of extended coverage" if you purchase now. Then the "I never said that", from management, who clearly had and in front of others, made these statements. The attitude of buy it or else! With temporary help preparing paper work, so it had to be done an re-done several time, each requiring very careful review! And CORRECTION. Will hope to Never do business with an Ira facility again. Seeking other honest, professional Subaru dealers for on going service, as needed. More
Unresponsive Customer Service I had a great experience during the original buying experience. The salesperson was straight-forward, friendly, and simplified the process. I put down a deposit and was told that the title would be available in the next few days (within the week) at which point I could pick up my car. Over a week later, I still had not heard any update so I called and was told that they did not know why the title was not in and they did not know when it would be. Two weeks after making my deposit, I called several times leaving messages with various employees (management, sales, finance, etc.). I got no responses. The next day I left more messages, only one of which was returned. I was told that the title was being held at the bank and that this was known from the beginning (at the time of my deposit). Also, it was estimated that it would be another two weeks before I would be able to pick up my car. I was told to think over my options and call back. Since then, I have called back every day for several days leaving messages and have yet to receive any response. It has been over two weeks and I am incredibly frustrated with the service I am receiving. At the very least, I would expect a loaner car to be made available to me since it appears I will be without a car for a month or so. More

Lest I become more aggrivated by reliving this experience I will say that I spent over 4 hour initially trying to complete the lease of a new vehicle and needed to return to complete the transaction. Upon retrun I found they had sold the car I purchased to someone else after I had purchased it. It took another 4 hours to resolve that issue. I returned for teh sticker and application of teh already purchased resistant protection and have now spent close to 5 hours waiting on the service department to complete the work on a prescheduled appointment. I spent well over 12 hours in a week at this dealership and dont plan to ever return. This reflects both the sales and service aspect of More

They hit you in your wallet and refuse to explain $$$$$ relating to loan contracts. Avoiding that by all means.There seems to be drama among workers and management. What a bunch of thieving crooks! My daughter went there to turn in her impreza lease and lease a new one. We had called first and they said they had the car she wanted. When she got there they said the car was gone, or they couldn't give me a straight answer as to where it went.( I was calling from NYC on her behalf). Then they asked her to give them a check for $2500.00 to find a car. I got on the phone with some mope and he said they needed the 2500.00 to look for a car. I asked him what happened to the car they already said they had in stock. Then it got interesting, as they lied and lied and lied. I got my daughter on the phone and told her run as fast as she could and get away from these thieves. They tried to take advantage of a young girl, who was on her own, and her father was in NYC. Long story short, we went to Subaru of Wakefield. They had the exact impreza she wanted, no money down, just first payment, and she drove away the next day with everything cool, included were all motor vehicle fees, plates, inspection, and registration. Let me tell you, IRA Subaru is unethical, creepy, and a bunch of liars. They tried to sucker my daughter. Shame on them. And thank you to Subaru of Wakefield for being the exact opposite. More

After coming back the next day, it was "in the shop and being worked on," so I was unable to test drive it. I was promised a call back but instead an email was sent in exact words: "as soon as it finished service..someone was immediately in to purchase it." In the same email, I was baited for a more expensive $39k Hyperblue edition. These guy's are shady, I would not trust them. Be aware of their excuses and sales techniques. They're definitely not looking out for your best interests. More
