We were in the market for a good used car for my elderly mother. I saw a used Nissan Sentra on their website that I thought would be perfect for her. My first visit was to see and test drive the car and determine if it would "fill the bill". Art then offered to let me take the car to my mother, which he and I did the next day. The deal was then struck, including the addition of a remote starter. Art's attention to detail and customer service are second to none. He was most gracious with my mother, a gentleman indeed! When I took delivery of the car, Art made sure we knew how to operate everything. All requests had been fulfilled without question. The car was perfectly detailed and had a full tank of gas. I would definitely recommend Ira Subaru, and especially Art Otremba. Buying a car, new or used, can be a very stressful experience. Not so at Ira Subaru - EVERYONE there was easy to deal with - no high pressure, just a bunch of guys who know cars and know how to treat customers! More

My overall experience at Ira was amazing. Joe was extremely helpful in helping me select the model I was looking for in a non-aggressive but friendly manner. Furthermore, Joe was helpful in helping me find a local insurance company and drove me there to get the paperwork done. At the same time he also offered to buy me lunch which I enjoyed back at the dealership while the car was being prepped. The fleet manager was also easy to deal with since he was a straight shooter, gave me a few items to sweeten the deal, and treated me like a valued customer.
