I visited this dealer a few months ago when my wife was looking to replace a Volvo. She was impressed by IRA Subaru, as was I. Always a pleasant experience to visit the Subaru dealership at their new facility on 114 in Danvers, MA. People are friendly and helpful. I had an exceptional experience at the dealership for maintenance work under our warranty. The young woman who assisted me checking in and when work was completed was very helpful, courteous and thorough maintenance work under our warranty. The waiting area was very comfortable,clean and accommodating with free Wi-Fi and comfort snacks. My service was completed in less time than was estimated and a complimentary car wash topped off a great experience. I have had many services for many cars over the years and this one ranked at the very top!
