Appointments reserve time for vehicle intake and service planning, not necessarily immediate service bay entry. Like many customers, you were taking advantage of our popular $17.76 oil change special, which resulted in higher service volume that day. Additionally, because we had not serviced your vehicle in some time, our team completed a thorough multi-point inspection to ensure we provided an accurate assessment of its current condition.
