Lindsay provided excellent service at Ira Danvers. When I first walked in, there were three other associates looking at their computer screens and not one of them looked up to ask if they could help m When I first walked in, there were three other associates looking at their computer screens and not one of them looked up to ask if they could help me or tell me that would be with me in a minute. This went on for over five minutes until.Lindsay had been on the phone and as soon as she got off, she asked if she could help me. She was so efficient and kind. She restored my faith in customer service at Ira Subaru. The others probably need a refresher on how to treat customers when they walk in the door. More
