After reviewing the repair order and the communication history in full, we found that the work on your vehicle had been completed and that our advisor made multiple documented attempts to keep you updated throughout the process. Our review also showed that inaccurate information was introduced when the normal communication process was bypassed and you reached out directly to a technician, using a personal connection from your prior employment here, before that technician had the full and current status of your vehicle. This created unnecessary confusion and resulted in inaccurate information being posted publicly. Given your prior employment with our store, we do not believe the comments directed at Grace fairly reflect how this visit was actually handled. Grace was informed, professional, and made repeated efforts to communicate appropriately throughout the repair process. We stand behind her and the way this visit was managed. We take great pride in the people we hire and the training we provide to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service possible, and Grace is no exception. She is a strong representative of our store, consistently provides excellent service, and is frequently complimented by the customers she works with. If your concern was genuinely about the quality of the work or the handling of your visit, you had direct access to store leadership, including myself and our General Manager, and every opportunity to raise those concerns with us directly so they could be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Choosing to post publicly rather than use those channels does not reflect an interest in resolution as much as it reflects an interest in public criticism.
